Beautifully Written

This was a beautiful story of little Sammie and Abbey all grown up and finding that special someone in each other. I loved reading the parts with the different Aunts, as they are special ladies with their own wonderful stories. I am hoping that soon we will get to read Mia and Victoria finally coming together, I know it will be awesome. If you haven't read this series do so, you'll love it just as I do.

4.5.....

It was a fun read.

The timeline coincides with the one used in A Deafening Whisper.

A reunion of sorts, where all the past titles converge. After most of the series gave us the story behind each couple, this one brings us to the present with grown-up Sammie and Abbey guided by the influences of and lessons from their parents and other characters from the series.

Kimi and June brought in the sillies while Skylar and Mia were consistently on their best mum behaviour. ;) Well, June is a close second as she meddles with the affairs of our main couple.

A quick fun read and sweet romance. It's fun catching up with the characters of the series. Sammie and Abbey were so cute together.

Another excellent story by Erik Schubach! I didn't listen to the Music of the Soul series that this ties into, but now I'd definitely like to. As always, the author creates such wonderful characters that usually leave you envious of their relationships. Hollie Jackson, as always, dies a fantastic job with the narration! The voices, accents, and emotions are absolutely perfect.

I'm minding my own business when suddenly I find I've read 9 of these Music of the Soul - and, damn it, against all expectations and logic, LOVE THEM! They are my friends. Can't believe I've just written that, but hey, go with it.

"We can spend the night begging each other for forgiveness in a never ending cycle, or we can kiss. It's up to..."

I cut her off this time, with a giggling kiss of my own.

Progeny is a fun, light and easy read. And I can and I will compare June's character to sunshine. I am now so excited to read her own book. I absolutely like how the story plays out and it's always fun and lovely to see appearances from the previous stories, seeing this is Mia and Sky's daughters story (who would've thought! right?) I got a more fun and upbeat vibe from Progeny compared to the rest of the series. I felt like I was there, this is such an experience. I was smiling 90% of the time reading.

Overall, Progeny is engaging, funny, really cute, hot and definitely sexy. It was also genius as this was at the same timeline with ADW, so please excuse my feels all over the place.

Loved this book it was amazing reading about the kids from the other books all grown up. Would love move books from these characters or new characters related to these story lines. I can never put the books down when I start reading them and always retread them.

The children come out to tie into the second book. Seeing the kids of the second and fourth book come together and have the story tie right into the second book was a lovely choice. My only problem at this point is the next three books are not on on Audible at the time of this writing.

These two were so cute, I read this book as part of the series, and loved them as well. you have a talent for taking a character and giving them each their own style.

Seeing the children of previous characters all grown up and their interaction is fun. These two of course allow some perceived slight to interfere in an obvious loving situation. Great addition to this series.
