Kyoukai finishes her little sidequest, and since the Coalition Army war is gone everyone is turning inwards for domestic disputes. Unfortunately, the domestic disputes are often the least-interesting parts of this series, because I do NOT care about Ryofui at all. Seikyou has certainly become a more interesting character, though, compared to how middling I found him at the start of the series. I think his attempt to be an actual ally to Ei Sei and how he navigates the idea of conquering China makes for a better motivation than "wahhhh I want to be king, royalty is the greatest, wahhhh I hate my brother he's not pureblooded" or whatever he was on earlier.

Covernya suka, karakter favoritku Qiang Lei (羌瘣) wkwk. Di sejarah aslinya kemungkinan besar cowok, tapi Yasuhisa Hara ngeubah dia jadi cewek. Dan aku suka karakternya yang standing as equals sama tokoh utamanya yang cowok yang namanya Li Xin. Penasaran di antara mereka berdua siapa yang duluan jadi Jenderal haha. Bener-bener heroine yang keren *.*

Dieu merci, la vengeance de Kyoukai ne s'est pas éternisée.
Nous passons maintenant à Sei Kyou, un personnage qui mérite d'être mis en lumière depuis sa rédemption. J'apprécie la relation nouvelle qu'il a noué avec son frère, bien décidé à l'aider dans son rôle de roi à défaut de pouvoir régner lui-même. Sa femme, Rui, est un personnage féminin fort attachant qui plus est.
