This was my first book by this author and definitely won't be the last!

I really enjoyed the storyline and honestly loved how much of basketball was included in the story. I definitely found myself swooning over Chance all the time when reading. I loved Honey's character and how much she stood up of herself and what she believed in.

If you are looking for a closed door, a very sweet romance with an interesting story line and swoon worthy MMC, check out this book!! As a usual dark romance, open door romance reader, I still really enjoyed this story and could not put it down!

This book was a fun read! The dialogue got confusing at times and I had trouble figuring out who said what, but overall, I loved the dynamic and instant chemistry between Chance and Honey.

Honey may hate her name but I love it lol. I also loved how strong willed and empowerful she is. The author was sure to recognize the limitations and drawbacks that women coaches and WNBA teams face and I appreciated that so much.

i also liked that Chance wasn’t an asshole to Zena (can’t even remember if that was her name, so excuse me if that’s wrong). I loved that it was recognized that he loved her at one point and had a respect for her instead of him being nasty towards her (though i wouldn’t blame him). I recommend!
