The story continues, and I’m still completely invested in this world. ❤️‍🔥

Mila and Caim are still keeping me on my toes, and this instalment definitely had its moments. I love watching their relationship continue to develop, especially when we get to see the softer side of Caim underneath all that alpha attitude.

But let’s address the important matter…

Caim is still NOT an Alpha in the Jessica Knox Library. 😂

He’s definitely reached ❤️ Obsessed status because, let’s be honest, I clearly have a thing for him. But Alpha status? Nope. Not yet. He still has some proving himself to do.

There are moments where I absolutely understand him and his protective instincts, and then there are moments where I’m screaming at the book because sir, communication exists for a reason! 😂

I’m still enjoying the ongoing drama, the tension and the relationship between Mila and the two alphas. At this point I’m invested enough that I obviously need to keep going because I need to know where this story is heading.

So we’re sticking with three stars for this instalment, ❤️ Obsessed for the book-boyfriend situation, and leaving that 🩶 Alpha crown firmly on the shelf for now.

Caim… you’ve got work to do. I’m watching. 👀😂

**Important. This is the fifth book in a serial, and it must be read in sequence to fully understand what is going on. This book is not designed for stand-alone reading.**

So I'm finally up to date with the series, and now waiting for the next book to come out.

Mila the human mate to the two Lazerous pack alphas, is finally starting to be accepted by the pack as they all wait anxiously to see if Asch or Caim managed to get her pregnant during the mating thrall.

But driven by a desire to avenge Mila for her confrontation with a werecat, Caim does something that puts the whole pack in danger and increases hostilities between Mila and the two beta females he favoured before she became his mate.

This is the first instalment of this serial where I've noted typos, and wonder if it's because of the pressure to deliver upon the author. As it's becoming more and more tedious to purchase and now, also to wait for each new book, I can't help thinking if the author has this serial all drafted out, it would make her fans so much happier to have it all together in one book so we could enjoy at our leisure.

With a couple of weeks between until the next release, this will be the time when my attention could be diverted by other books and I may lose interest in this series. Time will tell.

My Thoughts - 5 out of 5 Unicorns - I loved it!!!

The cover is awesome :) and I love that it isn’t the same cover over and over as some serials and even some series do :) Each is unique and beautiful :)

This part is probably my favorite so far. Tons of action and conflict, and Caim is getting better and better. I no longer want to slap him frequently :) I don’t want to give anything away, so I won’t ;)

Viola does an awesome job in her stories, and what I really love is she does an awesome job at wrapping up the end of each story where you know there is more, but things were accomplished and it is not like you run into a brick wall because you know the stop sign is coming. Very masterfully done :)

I love this serial and I recommend the bundle to all my shifter loving friends :) Awesome story that you shouldn’t miss :)

The thrall is over and the wait to see if Mila is pregnant begins, Mila is not sure where she stands she knows she enjoyed her time sequestered away with the alphas but what happens now, her insecurity isn't helped by Asch's departure, how will her and Caim get on without Asch as their buffer.
Caim makes a rash decision which could affect the whole pack and Mila is struggling to find her place within the pack and she's not thrilled about Lotus and Sable who were Caim's favourites before her arrival.
I really enjoyed this book and while I noticed a few typos it wasn't enough to spoil it for me. The more I read of this series the more I love Caim but I have to admit I'm glad I waited to read this until all the episodes were available, I don't like the wait between books.

Now that the thrall is over all they can do is sit back and wait to see if they were successful. Oh yeah that goes so well!

Asch is out of town on a diplomatic mission while Caim remains home with Mila. He's learning how to be a little less crass and she's beginning to get more comfortable with him. But his aggressiveness is ingrained in his blood and he just has to go and mess with the cats.

This book by far has the most action. It's filled with both sex and violence. But as short stories go...I think the plot is starting to go off into left field and although I like the characters this is it for me. I've enjoyed the quick ride, but I'm hopping off the alpha train.

Mila and her Alphas Caim and Asch are back this time it is after the Thrall and war may come to the pack from another pack this time were cats .. due to Caim, and his need for vengence due to a were cat scared Mila during the Thrall .. also is Mila pregnate or not and if so how will this change her and her Alphas .. to find out more and to see if war is coming or can Asch sway the were cats or will Asch and Caim have to fight and if so will there be loss within their pack

I loved seeing the relationship grow between the characters..however I think Mila loves Caim more. He had her first and second as he puts it, and he gets way more face time. I love how the author has Caim and Asch embody different traits that together make the perfect man. it's like Mila gets to have a husband and a lover. my biggest question now is "who is the father,and why do we have to wait so long till May?

I was up til midnight because I could not put this one down. :) Yeah Mila is pregnant, I wonder if that would happen in this book. Caim is interesting in that he thinks that he have power over Mila because she loves him but I think that he loves her too and it is only a matter of time before he realizes it. Hopefully in the next book. I really don't like Lotus or Sable they are disrespectful to Mila.

This series is one that I would have liked to have been in one book at the beginning. Since I had already had the first four I just purchased 5&6 instead.
Mila is mated to the 2 alphas. While Asch is gone, Caim is in charge but does not think and kills a cougar shifter that tried to attack Mila. Who he is getting attached to. Asch comes back just in time to save him and the pack. Mila finds out she is pregnant.

Extremely enjoyable! Beautiful visuals that will stay in my mind. The characters will always be familiar to me. I've never seen pack dynamics crafted so well. The best werewolf world I've read.

Another great installment of this series! There wasn't as much spicy action in this one, instead the action came as the danger/ suspense variety. Still, I love watching the characters interact and grow on each other, and the pack dynamics play out as Mia gets the hang of everything. I'm glad Ms. Rivard is a fast writer, so I don't have to wait too long before the next book!

After feeling a little disappointed in part 4, the author really makes up for it with part 5.. While Asch is away, we see more interaction between Caim and Mila, the Mating Thrall is over and we have a waiting game.... Is Mila Pregnant? I love how the author has used both alphas to embody the perfect mate! Looking forward to the next instalment.....

This continues from the last book. Mila is left with Caim since Asch had gone to take care of some business. You can feel the connection between the 2 more now than before.
