Ya know that moment when you have to decide between sleep so your body can recover or telling yourself “just one more chapter”….. yeah this is that exact moment.
Can you say Holly Hellsbells for a final ending because oh my gosh I did not see that coming. It was so hard to put down. I kept thinking there is no way Eve could add anything more but as always our Queen doesn’t disappoint .
If you have made it this far on the series then you already know that this finale is beyond words and can not be missed.

I cannot say how much I so loved this series. But wow it’s a lot. This is the third book in the Shadows Descent series. So so good!! I so love the FMC Violet. Ever since book 1. Right from the beginning I was sucked right back into Violets and her guys story. The amount of action kept me glued to the pages. Wow simply one of the best books to finish up a series. Definitely recommend reading. Absolutely fantastic.

Wow! Just wow! An absolutely epic final book in this trilogy. The action doesn’t stop for anything, if you want a break from the tension, tough. The only way you can take a breath is by putting the book down, which is near on impossible. So block off a day, unplug everything, turn off all noise makers and dive in. You won’t regret it.

The story has a lot of potential, but I often had the feeling that ideas for the story were written down as notes. The connections between one event and another were often missing. So I was somehow never able to become part of the story while reading.

NOW this is how a series should be ended! Eve has out done her self with this.
The action was written perfectly, the spice was definitely spicy but didn't over take the plot. The plot was EVERYTHING I didn't know I needed. The Twist and betrayals were crazy. I am so upset about one in particular, you will have to read to find out.
Violet- wow, just wow! Her growth, strength and compassion for others was amazing to watch and unfold. Her love for her men and innocent people was inspiring. I am so happy for her, that epilogue had me smiling so hard!
Caine- watching him break down his control and become who he was always meant to be was a great way to fall for him more. His relationship with others even evolved into something that is forever lasting. His part in the epilogue, shows how worthy he truly is!
Flint- I feel for this Dragon so deeply. What he discovered was heart breaking. But I honestly think it makes him stronger and more worthy of his title. I loved how Eve described his dragon in this, it was breathtaking. He still has that sweet heart that is worth more than any power out there but now he is more confident in himself and his wonderful dragon.
Thorne- So dang proud of him! This character glow up was so worth the wait. I loved ever second of it. I knew he would put shine most of the characters in this final book. He definitely didn't disappoint.
Gaida- bestie for life right there! I can not wait until her story comes out!! Favorite best friend side character EVER!
Blackthorn- Hello, Luke! Where have you been hiding all my life? We get to learn some awesome stuff with you mister professor! I just love this character, and how much we get to learn about him in each book. Top tier character development right here.
If you love mystery, betrayal, dark twist, multiple hot as sin with a lot of darkness men and a compassionate leading female with an amazing HEA THAN THIS THE BOOK SERIES FOR YOU!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND SERIES FROM THIS AMAZING AUTHOR!! DEFINITELY A MUST READ!!

Pretty good
They're at school, in the middle of a crisis, and Violet says, "We need to protect the younger students..... Get them somewhere safe. They're not ready for this kind of fight." Ok? It was an extremely odd thing for her to be saying considering that, not only was she a newer student, but she was a new supernatural. A little later Violet says, " .....Flint, get the first years to safety...." Um, YOU, my dear Violet, are a first year student. I guess you are too big of a bada## to be included with the other first years?
Still, this conclusion was pretty good. I can't really put my finger on anything wrong with the series, but have you ever had a hard time staying focused on a book? That's how I felt with this whole series. It wasn't bad. I just had a hard time staying focused on it.

When fantasy romance is written this good
You don't ever want the series to end - but this series is now complete and i couldn't have loved it more. The story grabbed me from the first page in book 1 and it has kept me gripped and enthralled all the way to the amazing epilogue after Violet and her guys have gone through a war to make sure that the good guys have won.... Now that we do know who the good guys are
MistHallow is an amazing setting for this and the other series and I am eager to find out what else the academy has up it's turrets! 🤣

Shadows Descent
Strange series title for a minor plot device, but all in all a very good series. It is a definite step up from the Crimson Shadows. This final volume is actually exhausting to read. There is so much going on that it just saps the reader. Just be prepared. My only real criticism is that the male main players are never really defined. I still get Thorne and Caine mixed up in my mind. They all do, do, do but never really reveal their nature. But, for the most part this trilogy is a solid fantasy adventure.

Was just meh.
Hated the holier-than -thou attitude of Violet, especially the whole scene where Mr. Blackstone kills Amara for conspiring against Violet and Violet's boys just stood by and let it happen, Violet was so pissed because 'no one deserves to die'. The whole scene was so redundant. Same with The Order, they were frozen but instead of killing them then , Violet moved them to the hills and of course it came back to bite in her ass.
Also the serverence ritual to remove the sire bond was delayed so much that at one point it just got annoying.

This is a fast paced Romantasy series with more twists and turns than a maze (and there is actually a maze).
You follow Violet and her mates Flint, Caine and Thorne on their journey to save the supernatural world. Despite everything that they face, they overcome their obstacles and show that as long as they’re together anything is possible. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed this trilogy it’s filled with enough humour, excitement, love and heartache to have you eagerly anticipating the next book.

What a fabulous conclusion to a fabulous series! Shadow’s Entwined had everything! Fated loves, intrigue, suprises, danger and so much heat 🔥🔥!! I am a sucker for connected worlds and I love the Misthollow World! I loved watching Violet grow into herself and become a force on her own and Flint, Caine and Thorne complement her and make her better. If you haven’t started the series, download it now!!!

Blimey! This ending was blindingly brilliant!! So much was jam packed into it especially with all of the fast paced action and great plot twists. All of which definitely kept me on my toes. Violet (FMC) and the guys just seem to jump from one complication to another. What I loved from the first book was Violet's relationship with the guys and in this book that escalated as each of them grew as characters. It all made for one hell of a read.

perfect ending to series!
Loved this 3rd book in the series! Violet is one of my favorite characters, so strong and didn’t let anything stop her! I loved she always had the support of her guys by her side the whole time. I couldn’t believe all the surprises along the way, always keeping us on our toes, so many things I didn’t see coming - loved it! Loved the ending and found family perfect way to wrap it all up. Must read!

Caine! My heart goes boom really! I love the writing of this author so yes I'm biased but really it is so good. Keeps you on your toes and never knowing what to expect. This is the third in a series so reading in order is a must here. It also is needed to have time to read as I couldn't put this one down. This is I think one of my favorite series of the year so yes an absolute must read! The ending? I didn't see coming but it's perfection.

I love Fantasy books that takes place in magic schools, it's just so magical. This was the last book in the trilogy 'a paranormal reverse harem' and just like the other two books I really enjoyed this one. It's a quick fantasy read that didn't get boring or predictable at any time. The caracter grow is amazing en the world building is so well!
If you want a quick Fantasy trilogy, I really recommend this one, because it's such a fun, magical series!

Wat heb ik net uitgelezen, wat een mooie einde is dit. Zeker dat eerst zoveel spanning in zit omdat het einde van de serie is, omdat er zoveel gebeurt wat je niet zo begrijpen maar er zit ook veel vriendschap, liefde en dat einde is zo goed en mooi krachtig wauw geen woorden voor. Maar in dit krijg je ook meer informatie en meer spanning, zoals denk je echt wtf wat lees ik, maar dit is zo een goede serie om te lezen. Echt wow.

This is the final book in the Shadows Descent series. The growth that Violet, Flint, Caine and Thorn go through is a wonderful evolution of their characters. Violet believes she has to sacrifice her humanity to save the realms, but does she? The ending was awesome, and the epilogue made me sad to see the series end! I'm definitely looking forward to more from this world!!

Just when you think you know what the plot is and who the villains are, PLOT TWIST. Eve Newton is the queen of plot twists. I loved this series it was great from the get go. And book 3 is no. The world and character building is terrific, you can't help but fall in love with the Violet and her guys Flint, Caine, and Thorne. I can't wait for the next series in MistHallow.

An amazing ending to this series!
This is the final book in the Shadows Descent Trilogy. I have loved Violet and her men Caine, Flint, and Thorne. Throughout this series they've shown great character growth. There was plently of spice and unexpected twists. Eve Newton has killed it as usual. I highly recommend this series!

OMG HAPPY DANCE! this series is amazing I have loved the dynamics and the flow the characters though not white are such a lovely shade of gray and I loved their journey together this final installment hits the feels and I didn't want it to end! an amazing story!

This is the conclusion to the Shadows Descent Trilogy and Violet's story. I have loved Violet and her men throughout this series, but they continue to grow and become stronger characters. This was captivating cover to cover. That epilogue was an incredible was to wrap things up.

I had a hard time finishing this last book. To me, it felt like the characters got a lot of hand holding with getting the solutions to their problems. When an issue arose, someone pops up to provide the answers instead of the characters finding the solutions within themselves.

Very enjoyable
I really enjoyed this book and loved the characters. I'm glad everything worked out for them and they were able to stop the convergence and the old ones from taking control.

OMG! This was the perfect end for Violet, Caine, Flint and Thorne to conclude this paranormal series. It had an amazing plot and perfect amount of spice!
