I only just started playing Minecraft but I wanted to expand my gaming and become even more familiar with the game. So I’m not an expert…yet, but this book was truly great and gave me lots of handy tips and new ways to play. The main strength of the guide is its presentation, everything is formatted perfectly for the Kindle and there are tonnes of pictures, easy to read highlights and all aspects of the game are covered if you’re just starting out or you've been playing for a while. Highly recommended.

I was hoping for a good intro to the world of Minecraft, but this wasn't it. This might be good for someone who has a little knowledge of the game already and wants to learn some techniques. As a reference, it has some good info on texture packs, skins, etc., but I would think this info gets outdated pretty quickly.

Ehh this guide was okay. The texture packs were very realistic, I loved the tips they were cool. But if you played minecraft before this book is all of the stuff you basically already would know.... ~lexy
