Together at last, it appears the fate of our country lies in the hands of a girl from the wastelands, an assassin, a were-beast, a professor, an enforcer and a fallen golden boy; leaving the six of us with impossible choices to make.

Do we delve into the past in order to understand our future?

Do we follow the path that fate has set us? Or do we fight against the binds of destiny?

And can we work together to destroy the forces that threaten us all or will the restraints that have always divided us, pull us apart once again?

Because there are some looking to me to return light to the darkness. Some who believe I am the one who will save us all. Some who think I am someone special.

But what if they are wrong?

I am a lover of monsters, a wielder of crimson magic, the daughter of a dark magical.

What if I'm not here to deliver a new dawn?

What if I'm here to bring about the end?

2.5 rounded up. This was a bit disappointing, and I had a hard time motivating myself to finish this. I think this series was dragged out a little too long. Some spoilers below.

Rhi was so stupid in this book. She behaved like a child - she was so immature. I had a hard time getting into sexy scenes because I was like ew she's a child. Also, she was so stupid for blindly trusting her dad, aka the man who her mother died to protect her from. Everyone kept being like, Rhi why are you trusting him? And she was like, well he's my dad. Ok? So?

The whole storyline with the West was so incredibly rushed. It felt weird to bring vampires into the story at the 11th hour, and then the whole situation was solved super quickly. The final battle scene with Christopher Kennedy (bad name for a villain lol) was also really rushed. All of the characters seemed to have every single power at the most convenient times.

My biggest qualm with this book is that I don't think any of Rhi's mates had chemistry with each other. None of them really knew each other, and they did not feel like a family. They weren't friends, there wasn't any banter. It just felt like such a flat forced relationship.

Sadly, just meh. I have loved this series, but I think it peaked in book 3, and I'm sad that the finale was this disappointing. At the end of the last book I worried that the story had gotten too big for itself, too big to finish out convincingly in one book, and it was.

The whole plot line with the West is super rushed and feels very cartoonish. And things are introduced in the story for the first time (see spoilers), in the last book, and then never really bothered about again... Also during the part with the West Rhianna is so ridiculously stupid it's really frustrating and made it hard to continue.

There's really not any emotional progression with her mates, or relationship development. Just a bunch of rushed sex scenes in the beginning to bond with Renzo and then later with Spencer. There are rushed apologies from both Tristan and Spencer and that's it, no real groveling. No emotional declarations of love (Rhianna goes from saying she doesn't love them yet at the beginning to loving them at the end, but we don't get to see her realize that or share it). So we just skip over all of that (I think Azlan is the only one who said it and it was in the last book?)

Somehow the spice scenes went from really good in the second and third books, to pretty boring here. Some of that is probably due to the above, the total lack of any relationship development. All of the bonds just became so surface-level.

Certain parts felt very faux-Harry Potterish: fight at the school, Chosen One, the scene in the woods with Pip and the spirits...

Finally, overall the story just became... not serious? I think the first books being centered around the academy, we had a contained world and it handled that well. But once the story got bigger, the world-building suffered, the magic-system suffered (is it EVER explained what crimson magic is? Besides "evil"?), and all the relationships suffer (if you were hoping for lots of Winnie here, you'll be disappointed).

I’m actually so sad to be rating this book this low. I’ve been obsessed with this series since it came out and love it so much. This was the last book in the series and unfortunately it was missing all of the magic and charm from the earlier ones. It felt super rushed, the character interactions lacked any kind of depth, and the “villains” felt like horrible caricatures. The whole book was so un-serious and not in a fun way.

Regardless, this series will always hold a special place in my heart. I’ll miss Rhi and her men, and good ol’ Pip! 🐷

I almost DNFd at like 30%, 60%, and again at 93%, but pushed through because I had come this far. Wanted to like this one more than the others, but sadly didn't. Nothing that happened was a surprise, and there were a few plot holes and things that seemed to be forgotten that characters had said in earlier books.

The grovel and remorse still wasn't nearly enough, though I had expected as much since none of the other books had enough of it either, and it's a shame because the author had 5 full books to make that happen and didn't. I usually like this author's books, but sadly didn't like this series at all.

Edit with SPOILERS:
I was especially confused by the ending, where they're fighting the final battle separate from the FMC. After having 5 books about how strong they are when they combine their powers, and stressing to us over and over how she has 5 mates and they're meant to fight together, they fought separately! Why??? They didn't combine their powers, and it was like all of them were suddenly nerfed and making dumb decisions (don't get me started on that stupid convo with the other students and trying to convince them to follow them, that gave me second hand embarrassment). The FMC was suddenly by herself and defeated the leader by herself right when they had started losing and everyone was dying. It was so odd, and it negated the need for her 5 mates (did you know she has five? If not, this book will be sure to remind you three times a chapter).

Anyway, the ending was cute though with most of them ending up as teachers at the school.

Renzo Barone is the only reason I didn't DNF this book.

I had to physically force myself to read it after losing the will to live only about 20% in.

Rhi is potentially the worst and most infuriating FMC I've ever read. So unlikeable. Zero character growth after 5 books. Still childish, ignorant, naive, ridiculously stubborn and just an all-round brat. I know the author tried to make it a cute little quirk and about her or whatever and joked about her being a 'brat', but it was to the point where it was insufferable. No redeeming qualities whatsoever.

I love reverse harems but get so irritated when you can tell the author clearly favours one of the MMCs, which in this case, in all 5 books, was Stone. Which wouldn't have been that much of a problem if the other characters got even a smidge of the same attention and affections. Spencer may as well have not even existed, being honest.

The plot was also awful, pacing was terrible and the whole thing was incredibly anti-climactic. This story had no need in being as drawn out as it was.

As much as I love my unhinged little psycho, Renzo, I definitely could not stomach reading anything more by this author.

4 books worth of buildup for a 2 chapter final fight that ends so quickly. I was convinced my copy was missing a few chapters.

Honestly this was boring and 70% smut - yikes.
Don’t recommend other than to say you finished the series.

🎶 Love's a fragile little flame, it could burn out. It could burn out 🎶

Rhianna (h) is reunited with her mates—but even in their togetherness, the future seems more uncertain than ever. The fate of the country now rests in the hands of an unlikely group: a girl from the wastelands, an assassin, a were-beast, a professor, an enforcer, and a fallen golden boy. Six souls bound together by a thread of destiny, but torn apart by their own dark secrets and impossible choices.

─── ・ 。゚☆: THOUGHTS*.☽ .*:☆゚. ───

[Azlan & Phoenix]

“Do you ever wish it was just the two of us?” I ask him quietly.

“Do I ever wish I had you all to myself and didn’t have to share you with four other … fairly average-looking men?”

When she asked Phoenix if he wished it was just the two of them in the bond, it definitely hit a weird note. It felt a bit off to ask that when they’re all in this together, you know? Like, she’s aware that all of them are involved, and it’s not just about one person—so asking him if he’d prefer to have it just between them feels like a little disconnect. It almost sounds like, in those moments, she’s doubting the whole bond and wondering if it’s too much to handle with everyone involved. But then Phoenix comes in and reassures her that he wants her to be happy—and that means being with her and all the others too. So even though it felt like she was leaning into some kind of longing or confusion, Phoenix’s response grounded it. It was his way of letting her know that he’s okay with it all, that he doesn’t want her to feel like she has to choose or narrow things down to just him. He wants her to be happy with everyone involved in her life, and that reassurance is key—though it must be tough for her to wrap her head around when she’s still figuring out how she feels about the bond and everything that comes with it.

[Tristan]

“She sucked your cock yet, Tris? Because she’s really, really good at sucking cock.”

“Is she now?” Tristan says, eyes darkening

Tristan’s redemption arc is a tricky one. He’s claimed that he never touched another girl since he realized how much he wanted Rhi, and yeah, that’s definitely a step in the right direction. But even with that, it’s hard to completely forget everything he put her through. I mean, the bullying was relentless. He didn’t just tease her here and there—it was constant, unprovoked, and honestly, pretty cruel. So, when he tries to act like the “good guy” now, it doesn’t just erase the damage he did. I think part of the issue is that even though there’s some development, and he does show he cares for her (like healing her and helping her when needed), it doesn’t change the fact that he spent so much time treating her horribly. You can’t just undo that kind of emotional damage with a few nice gestures. He definitely helped her out a lot, especially when she was in serious danger, but it’s still hard to look past the way he acted earlier on. I will try to give him a second chance, I promise.

[Spencer]

“I’m not sure I can make Spencer Moreau do anything,” I say with a huff, reaching to stroke the mane of fur on his neck, his body vibrating as he purrs with satisfaction, a vibration I feel in my chest and my bond.

“The boy would do anything for you.”

She bonds with Spencer last, but it’s like the real connection happens when she starts connecting with his werebeast instead of him. And it’s honestly a whole mood. Spencer’s been the one bullying her, holding back, and acting like he doesn’t care, but the werebeast? That’s where the chemistry hits . As soon as the beast comes out, everything changes. There's this intense, primal energy between them that totally trumps the awkward tension that was there when it was just Spencer. It’s almost like the werebeast doesn’t have all those walls that Spencer does—it’s pure, untamed, and not afraid to show what it wants, and what it wants... is her. The way the werebeast reacts to her, like it’s drawn to her in this instinctual, possessive way, is so much better than any of the “romantic tension” they had before. It’s like he (and the beast) don’t even know why they’re so drawn to her, but they are, and there’s no stopping it. And honestly, I think Rhi might actually prefer that side of him. The werebeast isn’t complicated. It’s just there, acting on raw instinct, and she’s responding to that, which makes sense—she’s probably getting a clearer sense of what Spencer could be, deep down, if he could just get out of his own way.

[Renzo]

“I never liked to be touched before. But now I think I’d crawl over hot coals to have her touch me like this.”

IM A BROKEN RECORD BUT… He absolutely eats up every single scene he’s in. This man? He’s so unhinged, and it’s like every time he shows up, the energy in the room just shifts. He doesn’t care about anything except Rhi. For someone who's so used to being in control of everything, it’s honestly kind of refreshing to see him fall apart for the first time in his life because of her. The way he loves her is so different from the way the other guys treat her. Like, with Renzo, there’s no playing around. He knows exactly what he wants, and what he wants is Rhi. He’ll tolerate the other people in his life, but when it comes to her, he’s all in. There’s no second-guessing, no hesitation, and honestly? That’s what makes him one of the most interesting characters. The way he’s so obsessed, so down bad for her, and how he’s willing to go to any lengths to be with her. I can’t lie, I love how chaotic he is because it adds so much spice. It’s messy, it’s unfiltered, but it’s so real for him . Like, this man literally has no chill. He's got this wild side that makes him extra intense in every situation, and that energy just fits perfectly with the growing dynamic between him and Rhi. not pretending to be anything he’s not . It’s like, no matter what, Renzo is here to stay and he’s gonna love her in his own way—unhinged, obsessed, and completely chaotic.

She spent all this time attached to Pip, getting called "pig girl," and dealing with all the emotional baggage that came with it. There was this whole emotional investment, and yet, in the end, she had to let Pip go for the sake of her powers and the plot. It’s one of those things that feels so unfair, especially when you realize Pip was there through all the tough times, helping her, and she was attached to him emotionally. And then, she lets Pip go because apparently, that was the only way she could access her full potential . So, after all the effort, all the growth, and all the time they spent together, it just felt like it was all for nothing, right? Pip was never going to be there for her in the long run, which is a hard pill to swallow. It’s like, the bond was there, but it was temporary, and she had to give up that connection for something greater. Then there’s Renzo. He loved Pip, too, in his own chaotic, obsessed way. He may not have always shown it in the typical “soft” manner, but that pig was a part of their journey, and Renzo had an emotional attachment to him as well. He never got to say goodbye, which is such a missed moment. That scene would’ve hit so much harder if they’d had a moment to say their farewells—like, really saying goodbye to Pip would’ve felt like it gave closure to that part of their story. But nope, that emotional bond was just cut off without the proper resolution.

─── ・ 。゚☆: OVERALL*.☽ .*:☆゚───

Seeing them all as this little happy family after everything they've been through is a nice touch, especially with the time jump . Eight years later, and Rhi's finally ready to have kids? That's closure, man. It's like, despite all the chaos, heartbreak, and unfinished business from the previous books, we get this peaceful moment where everyone is in a better place. It’s like, “okay, this is the ending we needed,” even if the path there felt like it had its issues. Now, the whole villain defeat? Yeah, that was definitely anticlimactic. After a five-book buildup, it felt like the final showdown was almost a letdown. Like, everything was building up to this huge prophecy, but in the end, it didn’t really matter. Rhi just did it on her own, with little to no help from the others in a way that made you think, could we have skipped all this? I mean, sure, it’s nice that she grew and became this powerful, independent character, but it almost feels like the prophecy was there just to fill space. It didn't really impact the outcome, and the way it played out made me wonder if we really needed the whole five-book arc for this one conclusion. Honestly, I think the series dragged on a bit too long and didn't deliver on what it promised. It felt like a lot of fluff that didn’t add much to the story or characters. The plot seemed to circle around the same points over and over without really moving forward.

As I noted in my review for book 4, I was super concerned that the author had bitten off more than could be resolved by the end of book 5. I stand by that review. In order to accomplish everything that needed to be accomplished in the book, we seemed to jump through a checklist of each item that needed to be resolved but she could only devote so much time to each. She had to deepen the relationships with 3 mates (including 1 that had almost no groundwork in previous books to help setup), still find time for the other 2 mates, figure out the reincarnation/prophecy storyline, figure out Pip, figure out the dragon teasers, figure out her mom/dad/history, figure out what’s going on with ‘the west’, and then of course figure out how to resolve the main plot with Tristan’s dad. That’s A LOT to wrap up in one book and it showed. While everything does get addressed, it just felt a little rushed and I think maybe the story could have been paced better over all because we definitely had some slow points in the previous book. I would have liked to see the entire ‘west’ storyline happen in book 4 and then resolve the main plot in this book. I felt like everything just wrapped up too easily in the end, I was waiting for another twist or something but it was done.

In general, I wish there was a little more time spent on the magic system and world building in this series. I never really got a true grasp on the magic, who has it, and what everyone’s different magic is or does. Rhi has a couple TSTL moments in this book that had me pretty annoyed. Most of the MMCs are fine by this point. I don’t really like Renzo’s character, but he was a bit more bearable in this one. There was also a lot of ‘Little rabbit, little mate, little piglet’ to the point it was overdone. I pretty much skipped past the sex scenes in this one, there were quite a few and I just wasn’t that invested.

The book isn’t bad by any means, it just fell a little flat for the conclusion of a 5 book series. I’ve read everything from this author and I think this was just very different from what she usually writes and was maybe a learning experience in a way. I am still excited to see what she does with her next romantasy series now that she has one under her belt.

Sadly, I was desperate for this book to be over already. I devoured the whole series this week, leading up this book coming out, and I loved it. I could see some flaws, but I still fully enjoyed the books and gave all of them 5 stars. But then I was in the final book, and the flaws were still there - unresolved - and it just got to be too much.

Here are some of my issues with the story:

1. Rhianna was unbearably stupid at times throughout the series and then especially in this book. The way she blindly trusted her dad was mind-boggling, and she never apologized to Stone for getting mad when he voiced his concerns about the Black Prince.

2. Where did vampires come from? Did I miss some foreshadowing of this? There don’t seem to be any real rules or boundaries to the worldbuilding in this series, but this seemed incredibly random to throw in out of nowhere.

3. Renzo is the only MMC with a distinct personality. I can’t tell Azlan apart from Stone or Trent apart from Spencer.

4. Where is the romance? Where was the hard core groveling for their atrocious behavior? There was no character or relationship development, so all of Rhianna’s relationships were built on lust and the pull of the mate bond. I’m not even sure all the mates exchanged I Love You’s with her.

5. Real Talk - I’m reading an RH with 5 fated mates… I’m expecting spice, and this series never quite delivered the way I was hoping it would.

6. Christopher Kennedy is the worst villain name ever. He just sounds like some lame, preppy guy and it doesn’t instill an ounce of fear in you.

With all of that said though, I still really enjoyed the series as a whole, and I’d recommend it to anyone who liked Zodiac Academy.

I was so happy to finally finish this series, even though it was a little disappointing and kinda anticlimactic. Like I wish each guy got equal page time, like I think Spencer and stone had more time than the others. Like where was the romance 😭? But anyways besides that, it was still a fun time. Like they flew on brooms and dragons?!?! And then finding out about Rhianna’s father and all that drama 🫣. But definitely the most emotional part was letting pip go 😭😭. Like he’s not dead technically, but ugh like he was honestly the best part about this series besides Renzo. Plus, I wish we got to see Renzo and Spencer evolve more rather than the tiny but we got in the epilogue. Like I just think the RH wasn’t the priority in the book which bothered me. Plus, I wish that final battle was more developed or that Tristan’s father was a better villain. Anyway, I loved this series as a whole and was enraptured the whole time.

Favorite quotes/scenes:

“She’s so damn beautiful–I take it for granted. But every so often, I’m struck by it all over again.” (Stone)

“If you’re angry, little rabbit, you can use me to release that anger.”
“I’m not using you for anything!”
“Even if I want you to? Even if I really, really want you to?”
I lean in further and nip at her throat and she drums her fists against my chest.
“Yeah, baby, just like that. I’ll be your punching bag anytime you need me to be.”

“I never liked to be touched before. But now I think I’d crawl over hot coals to have her touch me like this.” (Spencer)

“We’re not killing anyone. Maybe we should just go to bed.” (Rhianna)
“To fuck?” (Renzo)
“To sleep!” (Rhianna)
“Nah, that’s no fun.” (Renzo)

“That was fun!” (Renzo)
“You like being harassed by the dead?” (Tristan)
“It was like a little reunion with all the people I’ve …” he glances towards Rhi, “sent on their way. Good times, man. What a trip!” (Renzo)

“You don’t think being a werebeast makes you a million times hotter?”
“No, it makes me a freak.”
“A hot freak. I think the werebeast thing is incredibly hot, actually.”
“I think that makes you the freak.”
“Well, duh? Five mates, pet pig. I’m a way bigger freak than you.”
“I like how freaky you are. I like it even more when you’re being freaky with me.”

“The entire world could be burning to ashes around us, and as long as I’m with her, as long as I’m with her and she’s safe and happy, then I wouldn’t give a shit.” (Stone)

“Seriously, that pig gets more love and affection than all the rest of us combined.” (Stone)
“That’s because he’s special.” (Rhianna)
“And we’re not?” (Spencer)
“Hmm.” (Rhianna)
“Such a brat.” (Stone)

“You had to let him go sooner or later, little rabbit. You did the right thing. Although I would have liked the opportunity to say goodbye to the little dude.” (Renzo)
“He knows you cared about him.” (Rhianna)
“Did I?” (Renzo)
“Yep, you did.” (Rhianna)

“Actually, I’m thinking of changing that.”
“Changing what? Your name?”
“Yes, my name.”
“What to?”
“I dunno, but I kinda thought Tristan Blackwaters had a neat ring to it.”
“You know it does. I like it.”
“Sort of cool and mysterious.”

“But now you know something softer, and you like it.”
“I like it. I like it a lot.”
“Better than the violence?”
“If you were touching me like this every day, I’d have no need to kill.”
“Then you’re staying right with me.”
“Even though I’m crazy?”
“You’re not crazy, Renzo. You’re …”
“Different? Special? Yeah, they mean the same thing.”
“You’re perfect just the way you are. And I love you.”

“You know this makes us an official family now.”
“It does?”
“Yep. We have a pet. It’s a done deal. There’s no getting rid of us now. You’re stuck with us for life, Miss Blackwaters.”
“Stuck with all of you? I wouldn’t want it any other way.”

Yikes this is bad.

Couldn’t even get myself to finish it. What happened????

She just said let’s throw every random trope to ever exist in the book and see what happens?

I just don’t understand you had a good thing going- was the series the best thing I’ve ever read? No. But it was entertaining and the plot was making sense until the last two book went absolutely off the rails.

The characters all lost their personalities somewhere.

Just confused. Kind of a waste.

And that is this series wrapped up! And it only took me about a week or less to finish, which is a new record for me.

So if you don't want even vague spoilers don't read anymore, but all everyone needs to know is that for me this series is definitely apart of my bible collection.

Rih is an outcast, a nobody and has a weird aptitude for getting in trouble. But she is a mc that really speaks to me. She has her I don't give shit moments but also moments were she feels the whole world is crashing down. But thankfully along her road to the academy and finding out who she is and what her fate is she finds friends and a new family that will support her through thick and thin.

My favourite partners of Rih's are Renzo and Azlan. Renzo is just a crazy, unhinged assassin, who finds his people with Rih and her band. While Azlan is my ideal partner, loving, rough and caring. And just a general all-around guy.

I love how Hannah stuck with the hate-to-love long enough for us to question whether everything will work out or not. It kept me on my toes and also made me cringe and kick my feet at times. The bad guys were solid but their ending was a little anticlimactic to me, like the dad got killed by his slaves and the other one got turned into a slave after loosing his powers fighting Rih and the gang.

I actually wished there would have been a little more of the life after the final battle and maybe one more spice scene, but I also like this ending a lot. So thank you Hannah for this magical trip into this wonderful world and I just might read the new series that got published this year, as I have hopelessly fallen in love with your writing style!

Overall this series gets a very solid 4 from me.

Great mix of plot and relationship development. I really loved Rhianna. After how those men treated her they should thank their lucky stars she was as forgiving as she was. Although she was forgiving and empathetic she didn’t just forget what they put her through. With bully romance I need the men to work for it, they do. Surprisingly the one who, in my opinion, has the least to answer for is Renzo, and he tried to kill her!

What stops this from being a 5 star was the group never really came together fully for me. There was a lot of jealously, anger and big personalities that didn’t always mesh. All the push and pull between everyone made the story interesting but there still felt like there was an uneasiness between some of the guys. We get a kind of truce towards the end but never the pay off of everyone as a team.

Also justice for Pip!!!! What the hell?!?

Final thoughts. Paranormal academy romance is an oversaturated genre. I have read a lot and most are forgettable. This is a fun ride that is worth your time.

I AM FREEEEE. Ok, so, was this entertaining? Very much. Was it also infuriatingly stupid at some points? A thousand percent yes. The story is literally held together by miscommunication and indecision, which hinder character growth, and honestly dull the experience of reading the series.

I enjoyed parts of this series. Some things I felt like were rushed out skipped over. Overall it was good but not a series I’d read again.

Okay I'm a bit of a reverse harem/why choose fanatic 🙈 and I gotta say, this is definitely in my top 5 favorite series.
I binged this book so fast so I could leave this review:
My big thing about RH books are that I HATE jealousy. There's so many that don't deal with the topic properly and so there's constant unnecessary bickering in the group that makes reading it tedious. Thankfully, this book handled it so well. They tackled the issue before it became a huge problem so that going forward they could focus on growing together and getting through all the hurdles they had to go through in this book.
Not to mention it made me so happy to see Rhi's mates work on becoming friends! Also, the spicy scenes did not disappoint (and yes, there's even a scene where they ALL share Rhi 🌶️🌶️🌶️).
This series is perfect if you love: bullying, enemies to lovers, why choose, LOTS of spice, found family, dragons and magic.

ITS SO GOOD. i have the biggest book hangover ever.

This book took the biggest dive into wtf territory. How did we do 4 amazing books, then finish the story off with this??? Everything became so… outlandish? It went from almost fae-like magic and shapeshifters into witch magic, and dragon riding vampires. This was not the look and I’m so disappointed because this was such an anticipated read for me.

I’m giving it 2 stars and honestly 1 bonus was given in there because I loved the other books and Renzo is still amazing.

3.5 stars

I felt like this was a satisfying conclusion to the series and I especially enjoyed the epilogues. I’d also like to applaud the author for the consistent and timely release schedule. There have been so many series I was unable to finish because the authors either never finished writing the series or they released books too far apart and I forgot about them or lost interest. The market is saturated with affordable books, so I’m reading so many things between releases that it’s easier for me to put a series down (apologies to the authors who are working hard and who have to deal with readers like me).

My final feelings on the core characters are:
1. Rhi can be a little selfish (and a touch irritating) at times, but I still liked her overall
2. Azlan and Stone felt like anchors to the group
3. Tristan and Spencer never fully won me over. They were too immature
4. Renzo was the best character. Period. I just wish he received more attention. Sometimes it felt like he was written to be grateful with the scraps he was given.

Two things kept this book from being rated higher:
1. I’m pretty sure I’ve written a review of one of the previous books in this series that said I would never give 5 stars to a book in which Tristan keeps calling Rhi “Piglet.” I didn’t find it endearing. It just filled me with rage. It was a constant reminder of how poorly he (and all the other students) treated her when she first came to the school.
2. I don’t think this second issue was intentional or even that everyone will have this problem but

Rhianna is in the middle of a war where new enemies just keep appearing. It’s a good thing her new savior just appeared… or is it? Because now Rhi is forced to choose between the fantasy her savior is creating for her, or the reality behind who he is and what he intends to do. Is creating an alliance with them worth the risk? With her mates backing her up, Rhi makes some tough decisions as she prepares for the final showdown.

I’ve really been enjoying this series, but this book was all over the place. The prologue set a weird tone for the book. I wish it was one of Rhi’s visions or the prologue that opened the series instead. Plus, the pacing was off, and the pregnancy scare was super out of place. I think it would’ve been better if it was something that happened in one of the previous books instead of now.

The entire plot with Rhi’s father and the West was super rushed and seemed random until we got to the final battle. I think it would’ve been better if it was rumored that her dad could feed on magic and skip the entire side story with her dad just to squeeze in an underdeveloped vampire plot. I think all of this could’ve been dealt with better, and that if we were going to have vampires, they should’ve been introduced a lot sooner.

All in all, I still liked the book. I just think it wasn’t a good ending for the series that started with so much promise. That said, I had a lot of fun reading the entire series and look forward to checking out the author’s other books at some point.

I went into the Arrow Hart Academy series with low expectations after a reading slump...and ended up bingeing the entire thing. Rhi is a fierce, relatable FMC, and the five (yes, FIVE) fated mates bring all the spice, drama, and emotion you could want. Renzo's POV? Obsession-level...i loved him ❤️ ♥️

The found family dynamic, emotional growth, and steamy scenes (🌶️🌶️) kept me turning pages. While the final book felt a bit rushed and one romance (Spencer 👀) needed more depth, overall, it delivered a satisfying wrap-up to a series I couldn’t put down.

If you love RH, paranormal romance, and strong female leads, you need this series!

I had a good time reading this series. I’m all about the vibes. So I can forgive a lot of the writing and grammatical errors. The errors I can’t forgive were 1- Renzo calling Rhi little mouse in book 1 only to start calling her little rabbit in every other book with no context. 2- a scene in another book where Tristan is called Az’s nephew… I was seriously confused.

In all, I hate to say that this just felt like a worse version of Zodiac Academy. It had a lot of the same vibe - but the characters, including villains, were not well developed ..and the plot went between nothing happening to rushing all of the activity. I don’t regret reading. But I feel like it could’ve been done better.

I was happy to see all the bonds finally sealed and them working together. Though Rhi’s naivety in the face of so many blunders in the past few books and how she steadily finds herself in trouble, especially when she chooses to go headfirst into fights or with potential threats alone, grated a bit, but it was nice to see her growth at the end and how she started trying to change that impulse.

I will say that the two fights seemed like a lot of build-up for so little fanfare, but it is what it is.

The preview into their future was cute and Renzo is probably still my favorite.

While I enjoyed the rest of the series, this finale was pretty meh. It was rushed, and new things were introduced and then quickly forgotten. The whole West storyline was very shallow and not at all fleshed out. It really shouldn't have been included at all because it would need its own book. The part that bugged me the most was the prophecy. It was supposedly very hard to decipher, but in the end, it was very straightforward. The bad guys end up just being kind of a joke that was quickly dealt with. So overall I wasn't real thrilled with this one but like the series overall.
