Quick read. Gave me some interesting things to think about as it relates to being a mom who works outside the home and using the weekend in a more intentional way that doesn’t set you back for the upcoming week
Well written and compact. Easy read with a powerful message. As with most self improvement books, this isn’t rocket science or new information. But, always great to hear the advice through different messengers and life experiences.
If you want to start an adventure in health or business or pursue a new hobby, this is a great starting point. This book gives a new perspective on I don’t have time narrative. When I read it , I was ready to conquer my day and not let the rat race control me. Very good read for mom- entrepreneurs.
As an avid reader (and listener) of personal development, I enjoyed this book. A new take on weekends specifically - focus on what you can control (as a mom, wife, high achiever) and take care of yourself first. Practical tips for looking forward to your work week, after you take care of your own health. The rest will follow!
