Pathfinder, the sequel to the first book in the God's Wife Trilogy, In the Light of the Moon, finds Julia reckoning with how she sees herself as her past and present collide in a harrowing way. Newly discovered powers allow her understanding and freedom to explore her magic but a devastating accident leaves her reeling and questioning not only her place among her sisters but their original intentions. Who can be trusted to see Julia through one of the most difficult times in her life? Can she even trust herself?
I loved this book! It's a gripping continuation of Julia's story, her relationship with the sisterhood, and her struggles with what happens to Andrew. Kingsley's writing is beautiful and paints a picture for the reader, truly making it feel as though magic is real. You will not want to miss this book, the second in The God's Wife Trilogy.
