Trick My Treats
It was supposed to be an easy housesitting gig.
Kick back in a luxurious Victorian house for a few days. Hand out Halloween candy and score a payday.
I wasn’t counting on the home invasion.
Everything was going to plan until my last group of trick or treaters were three tall, stacked men wearing masks that barge in and tie me to a chair after a nearby robbery goes wrong.
Now, I’m a smart girl who knows how to pivot when I need to. We have to do something to pass the time until the cops clear out, right? So why not get me my own little holiday treat or three?
I mean, who hasn’t had the fantasy of being tied up by masked men and being forced to…wait, is it forced if you beg for it?
I’ll take the treats they offer and enjoy every minute of it, but this is Halloween so they shouldn’t be surprised when there’s some tricks that go hand and hand with it.

This Was Sooooooooo Freaking Good.

Our girl Blue scored the easy job. Housesitting for Mr. and Mrs. Snootyville (obviously not their name) but two nights in, the gig is interrupted by 3 cons needing somewhere safe and quite to lay low for a few hours until the heat dies down.
When boredom strikes Blue decides there’s better ways to pass the time in the company of three sexy masked men and Black, Green & Red are happy to oblige.
I really enjoyed this novella. I know most holiday novellas are mostly spice (not that I’ll complain) but TMT actually has a plot. And it’s a very good one. Also the spice hits!
This is a HFN novella so I cannot wait to see what happens next with Blue, Black, Red, Green and little miss skipper!

When I say I need a good plot with some good spice… THIS is exactly what I’m talking about. THE ENDING??? Omg I wasn’t expecting much out of such a short novella but ohhhh my… was I wrong lol. I ate this up!!!!!!!! And I need to find out how this is gonna play out cause it’s set up so perfectly. My girl Blue is BAD ASS!! I WANNA BE LIKE HER WHEN I GROW UP.

went in for all the fall feelings and writing was a let down in the beginning, and the FMC is very angry. I did some frustration highlighting on my kindle. every other comment is about money. she shows up to housesit with a “preppy” costume on, her hair dyed blonde and when he notices her car she lies that her Mercedes is in the shop….why? It gets tedious to read.
we started getting some action towards the middle and it improved and picked up at the end but there was a tear shed or some eye watering during sex when they just met that night that felt a bit emo. 🥴 if you’re in the mood for a Halloween why choose without much substance it might just hit the spot! 🧡

Not my favorite RR read, y'all. It was CRINGE. Hot? a little bit, but so cliche and cheesy and CRINGE.
Seriously, when even the "brothers" called themselves by a color, I had to roll my eyes. Every bit of this story was just ridiculous. And yeah, it's a novella, but WHY did I get secondhand embarrassment from it? lol

I randomly bought this book because I liked the look of the cover! 😍 It’s perfect for this time of the year also something new to read! 🎃 You never know if you would enjoy it until you give it a go, right? 🤪

Wasn’t bad. Wasn’t great.
Plot was decent and the spice was v spicy.
I liked the turn in events at the end but overall, just underwhelmed a bit.

What a fun and quick read! This is a fantastic palette cleanser book. Our FMC is great. Seemed unhinged at first, but everything came together at the end.
