One of the wealthiest and even hunkiest men in Kimbell TX is attracted to the thick African American woman with business idea. He didn’t set out to find her, but a chance encounter was enough to forever grab his attention. While he is in a position to help her succeed, but he must first prove to himself and his dad that he can succeed the elder but sickly Mr. Bell as an Advisor. Léela has so much riding on her venture. Then she gets it and loses it shortly there after due to an act of betrayal by her suitor Nate Bell. Now Nate has to figure out who and what he wants from life, and how he can have it all.

it started off slow, and then this friendship developed. the friendship turned into attraction, that deepened, that turned into love. that turned into heartbreak, and then they found love again. they found each other.
the same thing that broke them up, brought them back together, and all in one moment, their lives changed. Leela was not expecting the outcome, but Nate had finally found love and wasn't waiting one more moment.

Another Great Love Story
This was so good! I love Nate and Leela! This was another great Kimbel love story. I love how Nate and Leela compliment each other. If you’re looking for a feel good love story with a little drama, this is a good one to read. It was also nice to see all the Kimbel firefighters together. Love those guys, lol.

From the beginning it was a wonderful read. Romantic and just aaaaaw touched by love hate, control to no control. You can put yourself in the story. But it was also just too long. But I got to the end and still felt Wow I wish I was LEELA. THANK YOU SO MUCH. ON TO YOUR NEXT BOOK . GREAT GREAT GREAT

Owning The Future
This was a cute love story. This entire series has been that way. Sometimes reading a laid back easy read makes a beat in your heart calm and your mind relax. Breaking free
I totally enjoyed reading this novel of Nate and Leela's love story. It began from a chance meeting in an elevator and developed into an intense relationship. This book contains heartbreak, betrayal, deception, emotional abuse, drama, hope, intrigue, Faith and love. I will be recommending this novel to everyone I know!!!!

strong Female Meets Brooding Billionaire
I loved Leela and Nate. I took the title “Breaking Free” to mean exactly what happened: Leela broke free of her controlling life to build a company she was proud of. Nate broke free of his dad’s control of his life in business. Now they are free to fly solo and as a couple.

Loved this story
I don't know what it is about the Kimble TX stories, but they strike such a great balance of romance, chemistry, some level of conflict, the occasional live saving, it has it all. Not heavy on the sex and that's ok. It's nice to get a chill romance.

Too slow
It started off good but by page 165, I became bored with the story. It just dragged on with the he likes or maybe not. After a while I started skipping pages when it became too predictable.

I fell in love with this story from beginning to end I felt an array of emotions along with the characters. Its was also well written and has no grammar errors and naturally flows through out the book.
