From the standpoint of teaching a child to write in cursive, this is a great program. It starts with the simplest letters and progresses to the harder ones. Adding the confusing capitals later. Easy to teach and easy for the children to see when they have done it well.
Some people do not like the 'style' of this handwriting product because it is different from the way they learned or they think it looks ugly. My opinion is that everyone ends up having their own 'style' of cursive anyway. So I would show my children other ways they may see the letters or if they wanted to form them more creatively, I would let them after they had the basic idea down well.
An easy workbook for improving handwriting. Little pictures to inspire the kids as to the proper starting place for the letter. If you start the basic book and then move to the cursive book early your kids will have beautiful handwriting because they still have the patience to go slow.
Solid curriculum with easy steps to better writing. Child wanted to learn cursive, so here we are. Already used this one with previous child so I knew it was good
