Balanced Meals

The author, Hannah Blake, has created a great cookbook. I don't have diabetes but I know a few people who do, and I'll be recommending this cookbook to them.

The recipes are easy to follow, sound delicious, and even better if there are recipes for desserts. I really want to try the mocha brownies. They sound amazing! You can't go wrong with a 60-day meal plan. You never know how great they are until you stop using them. They are so convenient and helpful. Just fill it out using the delicious recipes and you are all set.
