As Jo and Colt grow closer, this series just keeps getting hotter! Jo reveals her biggest secret to Colt, increasing their intimacy and cementing their bond. Colt continues to struggle with reviving his fighting mojo. Bitchy bombshell is up to her same old tricks and this time involves Colt's dad. Oh holy hell of cliffhangers!!! I love this series! I have so many questions. I need the next book now!!! We learned a little bit more about Jo's past life. Oh and we get to meet Colt's dad. What an ass!!! This series is really heating up too. It's an amazing read. I highly recommend this series !!!

OH MY KETTLE BELLS!!!!!! This book is hotter than the first one, and it DOES NOT disappoint at all. I dove right in when I received this book, and I couldn't put it down. There is so much chemistry between Colt and Jo that I am glad that I had the fan already on! Talk about HOT!!!! This is the second volume in the Uncaged Love series, and I am already jonesing for the third volume. I have to know what happens!!
In this volume we see Colt and Jo get to now each other better as fighters and as friends. We understand some more on why Jo the way Jo is. She feels like she can trust Colt, but there are people that are against everything! Get this book, hell, get all of her books, I know I am going to get them!!!

Did I really just scream in frustration at how this 2nd part of Uncaged Love ends? Yep. Oops. Looks like we found out what happened to Colt's exes, anyway. Apparently, they like money more than him. Jo happens to be smart enough that she wants to question Colt rather than take the money and run, though. Hopefully, he has some really good explanations because Daddy Dearest did raise some questions...If he was even being honest. And, at this point, it's hard to tell who's lying about what. Colt seemed rather upset about people being dishonest, so maybe Jo can trust him. So many questions, and such a long week ahead, waiting for volume 3. I highly recommend this serial, as well as the previous one, Revenge. Since JJ Knight is a new author, I keep trying to think of someone to compare her writing to when I recommend her, but it's impossible! Knight is in a league of her own when it comes to writing witty, suspenseful, romance.

JJ Knight is the mother of cliffhangers. She did it to us with Revenge and she has done it again with Uncaged Love 2!!! I enjoy how in every book we learn more and more about each character and we can always believe everything about her female lead, in this book it is Jo. However, we never know who else we can believe or trust when it comes to the other characters. I hope I can make it till Uncaged Love comes out! The growth of Jo and the charismatic Colt we have seen where Jo is concerned I am enjoying reading about them and the way things progress then we are hit with one hell-of-a cliffhanger. She warned us on Facebook about this cliffhanger but I thought maybe she was being a little dramatic, but no such luck. She got my heart rate up and so excited to turn the page to see what happens next and nothing... It was over. Please read these books in order.

J.J. Knight does it again! Once you start reading you can't stop and just when things get juicy, you get hit with the dreaded cliffhanger!
After the fiasco in Uncaged Love #1, where the reporters snapped pictures of Jo and Colt kissing after the press had just been there for the announcement that he and Brittany were engaged, Brittany steps up to do damage control. Brittany even manages to get Buster to fire her from her job at the gym. Colt can't stand what Brittany is doing and talks to Zero so that he can find out where Jo lives. Expecting the secret knock at the door to be Zero, Jo opens it to find Colt standing there.
Things are heating up between Jo and Colt, and she tries to suppress the memories of what her stepbrother did to her. As things progress in their relationship her memories are erased, and it's more intense than the hurricane of rage she feels towards her stepbrother as the spasms begin when Colt brings her to climax.
Brittany has Colt bring Jo in for a makeover so that she is no longer recognized by the press - Colt loves the new look.
Colt has a scheduled fight and didn't ask Jo to attend, so she and Zero sneak in to watch. Jo can stand to see his beautiful body get beaten so she refuses to watch. After the fight, Colt turns to Jo because she is the only one he wants to be with. Jo is falling harder and admits to Colt she was there, but didn't watch the fight, she also tells him the secret about her stepbrother, and her real name that she hasn't told anyone else. Fed up with everyone telling lies around him, Colt storms off, but eventually comes back late at night after receiving a text from Jo. Jo knows was she wants and so does Colt, she tells him she's a virgin and he says they'll take it slow.
Colt has another fight scheduled, again Jo cannot stand to see him getting beat. Colt loses and his temper gets the best of him as he is hauled out of the ring. Jo chases after and Colt screams for her to be taken out. As luck would have it, Brittany happens to be there and has the security guards haul her out into a waiting limo. Jo can't believe that she's been thrown out and is surprised to see that it's Colts dad in the limo. He's not surprised that his son has fallen for another young beautiful virgin, he said that Colt always does this sort of thing, has sex with them then dumps them, Jo tells him that's not true that they really have something together. He wants to know what it's going to take to pay her off and leave his son alone.

I received “Uncaged Love Vol. 2” as a free ARC from the author JJ Knight, in return for my honest review.
WOW!!! This book starts right where the other left off. Jo really lets her hair down in this one. I was quite proud of her. Then there is Colt who is just delicious. I love how Colt marches to the beat of his own drum, letting Jo know that she is accepted. There is still Brittany to tend with. Just when I think I have her nailed, she pulls a little somethin’ somethin’.
The trust that is built in this book is very sweet. Until the end…….Oh, man, I CANNOT WAIT until the “Uncaged Love Vol. 3” comes out. I am officially addicted to Jo and Colt!

JJ Knight is a master of pulling you into her story and then leaves you begging for more with a awesome cliffhanger!!! This second part takes place right after the first part ended and we get to learn Jo's deep dark secret, but we are left trying to figure out Colt!! We finally née this father and that,an is an asshat!! I wish Jo would have punched him in the face!! Brittney is no better. What does JJ have waiting for us next!! This story is just getting better and better. The next part is due out next week and I can't wait..

speechless! !!!!!! omg.. I think I like Jo even more and what she had to go through and is fighting to get over and not letting keep down is pretty impressive. . I love the spirit of a fighter... now Colt even though I'm starting to love I need more about him to fully understand him and why he does and acts the way he does... I can't believe the book ended that way I don't know what I'm gonna do until the next out is out!!!!!!!

Holy macaroni! My heart is in my throat right now. ..that was intense!
I'm loving all the fighter talk and the training they're doing, it's in depth enough to have me understanding without being bored.
Colt...I can't get enough of him. He is pure animal sexiness who's arms belong wrapped around me! Jo...her tough yet vulnerable personality is completely likeable and intriguing. I want to know more.
The ending...Every single time these cliffhangers wreck me. This one was no different and had me gasping loudly at the last sentence. I'm sad for her, angry at him, and can't wait for the next installment.

Jo and Colt start to get a little closer as things change at the gym. What they don't expect is what Colt confesses to Jo about him and Brittany. She is shocked and confused. Then a photographer gets picture of Jo and Colt and gets it to go viral. That is when things really change, Brittany and Colt come up with a plan and have Jo go along with it. As things heat up between Jo and Colt, he has some matches that could could change things between them. Then Jo meets Colt's father. What will happen between Colt and Jo now? Will Colt leave Jo even though he know her secret and his feeling? Will Brittany come in between? What does Colt's father want? Can't want for the next book.

I just need to say that things from the book 1 continue to unravel then complicate again for the main characters Jo and Colt, it's like a freaking tennis match...
and the worst part of it all is that the whole effin team of people is working together to keep them apart...but it's all for their best interest...

OMG!!!!! I'm so entwined in this series and it's only the second book! I think I can figure one thing out then BAM, thrown completely off track! Great writing and still really glad to get a book every Friday!!
It's very rare that I find a book that I tend to fast read or slow read to. Meaning at the really good parts I tend to read faster cause I'm so into it and then when things slow down, so do I!!
Oh, and I never expected a cliff hanger such as the one chosen for this book!!!!! Seriously, you need to get this series... It's some serious awesomness!!

I received an ARC for an honest review. What can I say to describe what I just read? JJ Knight's writing draws the reader in quickly and holds your attention throughout! Jo and Colt's story continues in this second book of a 5 part series - and it's a delicious and sexy ride! I literally couldn't put it down! I even loved the nail biting and exciting caged fight scenes! I felt and lived Jo's anxiety for Colt during these scenes! I can't wait to continue this FANTASTIC and SUPER SEXY series! Loved, loved, loved it!

I loved this book. I love love love colt or do I, I'm not sure at the end of the book. This book answers two important questions about colt's life and past and especially about Jo and why she's the way she is. I cannot wait to find out whats next. Yes there is a cliffhanger of coarse so I cannot wait for the next installment I'll be holding my breathe for part 3.

As with the first book in this serial series, I was sucked right back into the story line. I think I may like this series better than her Revenge series, which I LOVED. Each book is a quick read and this one starts off right where book 1 left off. Of course, there's the dreaded cliffhanger, but it's a good one!! Can't wait for book 3! Well done J.J.!

I receive an arc for an honest review and let me just say this book is great. The chemistry between Jo and colt just keeps getting hotter. Don't want to spoil much but when there's happiness there's always trouble and sure enough at the end of the book you will scream so get ready. I can not wait for what comes next!

Jo has finally decided to open up to Colt and she tells him about her past and the reason why she's so sheltered and reserved. She hides herself behind baggy clothes because she doesn't want to get attention from men from what happened to her when she lived with her stepmother and stepbrother. Her stepbrother was evil and all she wanted was to get away from them.
Colt seems to have a few issues himself, although she has opened up to him, he hasn't done the same with her. Jo has started to feel more confident once her love affair has started with Colt, but she wants to know why he doesn't want her at his fights! When he finally does ask her to go to one of his fights, he loses and when she runs to him he tells the guards not to let her through, Jo is confused and is wondering why he doesn't want her with him.
She is taken by Brittany to a limo that is awaiting outside, when she gets in, she comes face-to-face with Colt's dad and what he has to offer her is the last thing she wants and she refuses to accept! Colt's father has said things to Jo that she doesn't want to believe are true and she feels like what has just started off beautiful between them, is soon going to come to an end.
I am so anticipated the next part to this beautiful love story. JJ has written some beautiful stories and I love how she breaks them down. She makes us wait for the next part and we as her avid readers wait patiently. I always drop whatever book I'm reading to dive into my JJ Knight stories :)
I have to say that so far I am far from disappointed and I give all her books, every single part 5 stars. I doubt I can ever be disappointed with JJ. Love you JJ and am looking forward to the next part to Colt and Jo. I need to know what's going to happen after his father has his little chat with Jo!!

Jo and Colt get caught by some photographers kissing shortly after he has just announced his engagement to Brittany. She is freaking out about the engagement and the fact the press are going to release the pics of her and Colt kissing. She wants to know if the engagement is real. He proceeds to tell her the engagement isn’t real and why. Brittany is beyond pissed she has Jo fired and calls Colt’s father about it. He is pissed that she called his father. Jo gets her check from Buster and leaves. She goes home and crashes. When she wakes up a few hours later she decides that she is going to go get her necklace that she pawned with the extra money she has. When she gets there it has been sold. She is distraught about it. Instead of going home she just runs and winds up at the place where she went to the drag show with Zero. She runs into Angel there and he has the same look his face that she knows must be on hers, longing. When she gets home it feels sad and lonely all she can think about is Colt and her Dad and her miserable past. There is a knock at the door. She figures it is Zero but when she opens the door it is Colt. They talk and come up with a plan. She will get her job back at the gym which means she can continue to train. They dye her hair red since the only real way they could identify her is by her hair. The next day there is a knock at her door and delivery man with a package from her. She talks it and opens it. Colt got her a phone so they could keep in touch with each other. The press has given her the name kettle bell of course they don’t know what her real name is and now that her hair is different color they don’t know it is her. Will all this work out or will something/someone else get it the way of them being together? Will the change is hair color be enough for her to stay unnoticed by the press?
I really like this story. There relationship isn’t easy peasy but they keep trying and finding ways to be together and that is all that matters in the end. I can’t wait to read the next part of this series. I think Brittany needs to get taken down a peg or two. I also like that she is a fighter also not just a groupy type of girl.
I really like this story. There relationship isn’t easy peasy but they keep trying and finding ways to be together and that is all that matters in the end. I can’t wait to read the next part of this series. I think Brittany needs to get taken down a peg or two. I also like that she is a fighter also not just a groupy type of girl.

This second installment is ridiculously amazing. JJ Knight once again managed to pull me into the story and hook me. The series progresses effortlessly. There’s just the right amount of romance and drama swirling around in this second book.
Some light is shed on Jo’s past that helps better understand her lifestyle and reaction to certain situations. Though she fears his reaction, Jo shares her past with Colt.
Did I mention that this book is HOT! No? Well , it is!
Things get steamier between Colt and Jo. Their chemistry is just… in the words of Danny Zuko, “It’s electrifying!”
They get closer inside the ring and out of the ring.
Jo continues to work on her fighting skills with the generous help of Colt who seems to be enjoying taking her under his wing.
We have more interaction with the supporting characters. Brittany, Zero, AND Colt’s dad… DUN. DUN.DUN!! Talk about DRAMA!
Yes there’s a cliffhanger and I loved it! It really gets you amped for the next installment and the events leading up to it set the next book up nicely.

Wow! JJ Knight is an amazing writer. She has found the perfect formula to writing serial romances. Each episode in the serial keeps the reader glued to the pages. The story progresses with fresh dilemma’s, new twists and turns, and new characters. As one situation resolves itself another new situation is unfolding that adds to the overall mystery. And at the end of each episode there is a major cliffhanger that leaves the reader’s spinning. Her writing is impeccable. The characters are larger than life. The story is exciting, romantic, sexy, and mysterious.
As Uncaged Love 2 unfolds, Jo and Colt have finally gotten together. Although their relationship is somewhat rocky, it is progressing forward. Jo is able to share her secret past with Colt. It is clearly a turning point in their relationship. But at the same time Colt is holding back secrets of his own. He is struggling with his MMA fighting career. For some reason he throwing up walls that are keeping him from winning. What are these walls? Why is he sabotaging his own career when all appearances show he is on a winning path?
All these questions leave the reader pondering what is going to happen in Colt’s MMA career. We are hoping that Jo is the right kind of motivation to send him on a winning streak. Just a we think this is going to happen, Colt’s behavior towards Jo changes. A new player is on the scene and determined to destroy what Jo and Colt have built. It is not looking good for either one of them. And that’s what leads to one hell of a major cliffhanger. May 2, 2014 cannot get here fast enough. I need Uncaged Love Vol. 3 in my hands now!

I didn't think that this series could get any better, but I was proven wrong. Where do I even begin with this one? Let's start by saying that if you're going to read this installment, do yourself a favor and get a nice glass of ice water...because this one is freaking hot!!! Wow! Colt has become one of my favorite book boyfriends. Jo gives Colt her innocence and I think that is one of most intimate ways to show someone that you trust them, at least in Jo's case, since she really hadn't been that interested in a guy to want to give up her virginity.
I think one character that I truly don't like is The Cure McClure, Colt's dad. He is the typical rich man who thinks that money will get him whatever he wants, including getting rid of a girl he doesn't deem appropriate or good enough for his son. What he said and did to Jo at the very end of this installment had me good and pissed for a few minutes. This guy really thinks he's something special, that he can say whatever he wants without feeling like he owes anyone an apology.
And we finally find out why Jo left home at seventeen and it only raises more questions about where her step-brother is and is he dead or not after what she did to him one night when she thought she was home alone. It makes you want the guy to be dead. But I have a feeling that he isn't and that we'll be seeing him very soon.
Get ready for a massive cliffhanger. This one left me with my jaw hanging open. I wasn't expecting that and I can't wait to find out what happens next.

Did I mention I hate cliffhangers? Yes I really do but I go by easier with JJ Knight's series as she's a fast writer. Upon receiving the 2nd part of this series, I couldn't wait and dived right in.
Colt and Jo's chemistry went up by several notches in this 2nd part. We learn more about Jo and the situations that caused her to be in such a state. Jo is definitely a fighter and I love that she now has 2 persons who will stand up for her, Zero and Colt.
As much as I love Colt, he has yet to give me the vibes that he is 100% dependable. Not because he isn't, but because his dad is still in control of him and the baggage that Colt is carrying and unwilling to reveal. Colt has shown a sweeter and gentler side to Jo. He has also asked that Jo trust him time and time again; with no explanations given, just implicit trust. However, he didn't trust Jo when she revealed the secret she had been hiding. I was a little disappointed with Colt in that scene.
The 2nd part ended with a major cliffhanger and I'm really curious with what Jo's gonna do next especially after hearing all that Colt's father revealed. I foresee more twists and turns to the storyline and I'll be anxiously waiting for the next installment.

J.J. Knight has done it again. The connection between Jo and Colt is amazing; they have a chemistry that is undeniable. This is a story where you want to cheer and support the underdog. In this case I am rooting for Jo and Colt not only to build their relationship, but also for them both to grow in their training and to become better in the cage.
In the beginning I thought I could possibly get behind Brittany as well, since she and Colt are supportive of each other. But after reading the second installment of Uncaged love I have decided I cannot be supportive of Brittany and do not wish her the best. The Hurricane is coming! Hurry up J.J. Knight!
I received an ARC and these are my sincere thoughts and opinion.
Just finished reading Uncaged Love #2 and I need #3 now!
Uncaged Love #2 is the evolution and coming to age for Jo, young woman, real fighter. We start this journey blinded by camera flashes and the uncontrolled attention by the media on Colt "Gunnar" McClure and the mysterious girl he is kissing, the so called Kettle Belle, and she isn't his current fiancée. Because of this unwanted situation, Colt's training team takes over and the attraction between Jo and Colt is effectively interrupted. There are more than job; training and fights, there are lots of first times in the likes of love, fight, make up, trust and being wronged. J.J. Knight gave us a vivid story, with some gym tips along the way and lots of heat. Gunner and Jo story is as exciting, sitting on the edge of your seat while watching a fight exciting, but other people and interests conspire to separate them...time to let the Hurricane take over and sincerely I can't wait.
Excellent read by J.J.Knight! Now counting the days for that Hurricane landing...

Jo and Colt's story continues in part 2. Things about Brittany and Colt and their relationship are confusing to Jo. Colt acts one way with Jo but a totally different way with Brittany when they are in public. He is still wanting her to train so it makes it where she is working out with him. Things heat up between them but Jo has a pass that No one knows about not even her Best Friend Zero. Jo trust Colt and when they get closer she tells him and at first he feels like she has Lied to him and leaves and Jo is devastated. Colt comes back after he has calmed down and they deal with it together. After a match, Do it's father is out side waiting and not knowing what's going on Jo is put in his car and Daddy is not happy with Jo and his son. He thinks Jo is like all of his son's other projects... is she or is she different then all the others. WELL you see JJ Knight has left me hanging. I NEED part 3 like Now. REALLY enjoyed part 2 but need more come on part 3.

So in case you didn't read my last review. This book is part of a 5 book (one part each week) series. I am reading it as an ARC from the author.
When we left off we were waiting to see just what happens between Jo and Colt. Oh boy do we find out. However, I must first right a wrong I made last week.
I forgot to tell you about Jo's best friend Zero. How I could forget him I have no idea. I have to blame it on how much I wanted to wring Brittney's neck. Zero is awesome. He is a cross dresser, but he is so funny! Never does he do anything except support and encourage Jo. He is the best friend every girl wishes for!
Okay on to the story. This part of the series is so full of ups and downs. After all the waiting in part 1 for something to happen it finally does, but as it always happens in life everything comes crashing down on Jo. She thinks things are finally perfect and then in the blink of an eye she loses both the guy and the best job she has had in her life.
However when Colt comes knocking on her door everything changes again. Things get better and even Brittney doesn't seem so bad. She even finally gives us details about her past. Wow. Totally didn't see that coming! Then Jo goes to Colt's fight. It isn't good and once again you want to wring Brittney's neck and are saying OMG did that actually happen when this part comes to an end! Ugh...I hope I get to continue reading because I am on pins and needles waiting to see what the next part brings!!

This book was a bit different from the other one. But it’s as good as the previous one. Colt and Jo get to know each other better than in the first book. As fighters, friends AND as lovers. I think it’s great how JJ Knight let us know how Jo her life was and is.
I know there are a lot of differences between Colt and Jo but I think this is kind of like an opposites attracted kind of thing. Even though they both love fighting… I’m not going to spoil too much but I wanted to tell you that things go to another level in their romantic relationship and I think it was perfect between them.
The ending is a cliffhanger but that didn’t make me love the book any less. The song that made me think of this book was ‘One more night’ by Maroon 5. The book was worth 4.5 stars.
