Kris Michaels does it again!
Legacy’s Call is fantastic. Five stars all the way! It is the next generation in the Guardian family. Absolutely loved Ronan and Fleur’s story and how some of the original Guardian gaming (the Kings) have active roles in this book. Can’t wait for the next book in the Guardian Security Dynasty!

Where do I even begin, I ADORED Ronan & Fleur! what a solid start to a new series by Kris Michaels…..and before I start my review, I must scream TALON & REECE!!! Yay ! IYKYK 😉😊
Legacy’s Call is book 1 of Guardian Security Dynasty, for fans of this author we all know it’s the turn of the next generation (and how flipping excited have we been? lol)
Ronan Alexander aka Skipper is the leader of a Guardian team, he’s also the son of the legend that built Guardian Security (my book husband) Gabriel aka David Alexander. Ronan knows his time on the teams have an expiry date, but he enjoys what he and his teammates do and is not quite ready to move up the chain and take up his legacy within the company….until Fleur.
Legacy’s Call was a suspenseful read, I was engrossed with the storyline, I think with everything going on in world right now some aspects of the story hit my emotions wide open. I felt the first quarter of the book there was a lot of military terms that I had to google (surely can’t be the only one 😬😂) and as with most series, the first book has new names and people to connect with which took me a while, but I’m saying now Wraith’s book will be 🔥 I loved his character especially knowing who he is.
It was great to have a glimpse of Deacons team too, I know my favourite author won’t leave us hanging with their stories, I hope😉
The chemistry between Ronan & Fleur was hot 🥵 you could feel the connection through the pages, I’m not overly keen on insta love but with both H/h realising their chemistry was special, it felt real and developed well.
Overall, this was a great military romantic suspense, the baddies are truly bad, the banter between the good guys is heartwarming and brought lightness to some dark aspects of the storyline, we have new characters to fall in love with (Dude, Tink, Al, Jug, Wraith, Wolf, just to name a few who have my heart already) and it was great to see family & friends from previous books, a great mix between new & old.
Long live the Guardians, their friends and family, thank you Kris Michael’s for sharing your world with us. Whatever it takes…

Hindsight sucks...but it also illuminates a path forward
Wow! An intense and harrowing start to this next generation of Guardian Security. The "kids" are happy in the trenches, protecting, rescuing, defending, but the time is coming for them to step up and move from Ops to management. Ronan knows it's in his future but he's in no rush, until he meets Fleur, then priorities change. It won't change this mission, but he now sees the bigger picture.
I love Fleur for him, they have the same values, the same motivations and the same determination to protect the innocent. Together they uncover the corruption, which runs far deeper than any could have imagined and rips apart everything they believe in.
What cannot be destroyed is their chemistry, it has a once in a lifetime intensity that has to be embraced, it cannot be denied. Fleur is not the usual kind of trouble Ronan deals with, but he fast becomes adept at handling her, them and their future.
I cannot tell you how much I love this first book in the Dynasty series, I didn't think Guardian Security World could get any better.....but, for me, this book is the best so far!

When you pick up a new series that is by an Author who has written so many books that you've loved, you hope you'll not be disappointed. Except with Kris Michaels, you know that you will love the new series as much as the previous ones.
Legacy's Call, brings us a whole new generation of Guardian Security. Yes, there are elements of the past, but you could read this book without reading the others, (you would be missing out though, all the previous books are excellent).
Kris yet again, weaves a story that grips you from the start, action, heronies and hot sexy heroes. Ronan has grown up and followed his father, uncles and other family members into the world of Guardian. He totally lives up to his birth right and on meeting Fleur, he finds the love that completes his life.
I can't wait for the next book in the series. Thank you Kris for another great read. If I could give it more than five stars I would.

Ronan and Fleur
I absolutely loved Legacy’s Call! I kind of feel old though lol. The next generation is taking over. Ronan and his team go to a refugee camp where convoys evacuating people are attacked and six workers have been unalived. Fleur is their contact in the camp and the two have an instant connection. I loved Fleur’s passion to help the people in the camp even if it put her in danger. I felt a little guilty falling for Ronan because I felt the same way about his dad but hey good genes I guess. I was not prepared for the little reveal at the end. That means I’m going to have to do a reread immediately. Kris Michaels books are my top reread books. I can’t get enough of them.

Legacy’s Call is the first book in the Guardian Security Dynasty series and I could not put it down…even reading into the wee hours of the morning couldn’t stop me❣️
This story is phenomenal and brings us into the world of Ronan, son of the founder of Guardian and the woman who brings him to his knees, Fleur🥰 Fleur works in very hostile conditions overseas. When the camp she is in learns that they are being shuttered, they decide to start sending those that they help to other camps. Unfortunately, these convoys are hit and she loses work colleagues in the process. Guardian finally answers by sending Ronan’s team to them.
The world appears to stop when they meet and their chemistry is explosive😍 Absolutely loved it and I’m eagerly awaiting Deacon’s book next❤️

After learning of the betrayal, death, and danger the residents and staff of the camp have faced in the last year, Ronan wastes no time improving the conditions of the camp and trying to discover who is betraying and endangering the women and children. With the help of the woman second in command he figures who the culprits are while fighting rogue militia and falling in love in the process. So enjoyed learning about how the younger children of Guardians founders have taken their place in the Guardian world.

You show us how the founders are passing the torch to the next generation with love, support, humanity and grace. Thank you for introducing us to the King and Alexander children who have matured and grown into adults we can relate to and identify with. You have delivered another great story with interesting and well rounded characters and just the right of drama, mystery and heat.

Great read
Another Winner I love the new series. Ronan And Fleur's relationship was an action packed romantic story. Their sex was a little over the top for me maybe I'm just getting too old. You really don't picture fleur as sex porn siren but who knows. But, overall the story flowed from beginning to end. I've read every 1 of her books Sometimes 2 or 3 times and never get tired of reading her stories. Even though A lot of the series contain people from previous series It never ever gets boring! Loved it.

What a fantastic start to the next generation of Guardians. Set in a very thought provoking setting, I loved Ronan and Fleur’s story. It was well written as always, a given with Kris Michaels, and totally action packed. It managed to set up several other characters and I am longing to read their stories. Highly recommended! Ten out of ten from me.

Like all of Kris Michaels books this hit it out of the park it’s fun to read about the next generations of Guardians. Ronan and his twin Deacon now have teams of their own. Ronan was helping a group in Syria place refugees into other camps when all heck broke loose. Read what happened and how it all came out. Ronan met the love of his life.

Oh boy here we go again, another great series from Kris.
This was exciting,adventurous,suspenseful and a great love story.
Roman is gorgeous and pairing him with Fleur was genius, the chemistry was off the charts and as usual I can’t wait for the next book.

Continued amazing series
I may have to go back and reread some of the earlier books in the Guardian series as a reminder of some of the side characters but this is a great start to the new generation of Guardian security. Ms. Michaels does an awesome job balancing the suspense of her stories with the romance. The settings in her books stimulate the reader to want to research the real world geopolitical situations that are a foundation for the plot.

Kris Michaels never disappoints
Another excellent read from Kris Michaels to add to the Guardian Security book list - this time with the next generation. Brilliantly written characters - good guys and bad guys - strong woman and alpha men and those who deserved it getting their comeuppance. Really looking forward to Book 2.

Oh my gosh, what a talented author, we jumped ahead 10 years and certainly aged the personalities and morals of the characters with such precision.
If you haven’t been reading the series you could certainly start with the new generation.
Highly recommend this series.

Sleepless in Massachusetts!
Kris Michael's has done it again by keeping us at the edge of out seats and not wanting To put her books down by reading to all.hours of the night and having us guess who's who ! Can t wait until the next book in this series!!

Absolutely loved getting to know a different side of Gabriel's family! So excited to see what happens with Deacon next. I'm super excited to see how far Kris will go to tell all the kids' stories.
