This is a beauty and the beast vibes. Stefan is cursed to wear a rabbit leather mask because he tried to force himself on a woman, and that woman cursed him. So now he has to find his perfect match and he's a manwhore trying to find her. He gets woman's permission first. And when he is with someone else (sexually) he spots Jewel who sees the deed and walks away grossed out. He runs after her and he basically kidnapps her into staying with him. He promises not to force himself on her until she begs him. And from here on out it's alot of push/pull from Jewel to wanting him and not wanting him.
And as for Stefan he loves spending every second with Jewel he let's his guard down and let's her take control few times (very switchy) between them. 😘😘💦 he does push her away when he thinks she doesn't deserve to be tied down to him. Jewel shows him that she makes her own rules.
The only reason why this is getting a lower rating from me was the ow scene. If it didn't have that sex scene, the book would've gotten a 4 star from me. If you dont wanna read the Ow scene, it is around 7% (chapter 1 if you wanna scroll and skip) in.
Ow drama/no om, drama, sexy times, no virgins & manwhore (we see him 7% in fucking some random and the h sees.)

I didn’t finish this book yet and I am 100% certain that my 1 star isn’t going to change if I did finish it. Do you know how bad a book has to be for me to give a FINAL 1 star before even getting 20% through it? extremely bad.
This is why “dark romance” gets such a HORRIBLE rep, we have authors like this that act like if they don’t include SA (in this case ALMOST SA) in a book then the world will end or it can’t be considered a dark romance if it doesn’t include it. I am down for CNC but SA? absolutely not. I think we’re confusing the two. R*pe will never ever be dark romance, I know that’s a common argument in this community. I am more than AWARE that dark romance will be DARK but at the end of the day, r*pe will always be r*pe, no matter what and it’s nowhere near dark romance, well should I say that it SHOULDN’T be dark romance and that’s coming from ME, someone who reads mostly dark romance. Fake or not, can we PLEASE stop including it ffs because it doesn’t do anything but ruin books that actually had a chance at being good without it but to summarize what I did read (this was enough for me to say absolutely not)
We have a douche, I absolutely do not care about getting this man’s name right in the slightest, we have the douche who has inherited his father’s company (typical) after his father’s passing and from the looks of it, this man is SO busy with trying to run this business that he doesn’t have time for relationships or anything but he manages to have time to go running and jerk his little pickle behind a bush after running into this woman a few times. Of course this woman to him is so attractive and since he’s so busy and frustrated with work that he needs to “act and catch” aka he needs to SA someone.
While going through his father’s desk, he finds a mask ( a rabbit mask to be more specific) and shocker, his father was also a piece of shit and wore this mask during the acts so to make the saying “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree” true, he decides that he’s also going to wear this mask out when he tries to SA this woman. He goes and waits for this woman to pass him by and she eventually comes and he goes to SA her but to his surprise this woman knows him and has made a promise to his mother ( he also has mommy issues) that she wouldn’t let the douche turn out like his father (too late for that) and she gives him a chance to stop, saying that this isn’t him and how he’s better than that and to stay true to his character, he’s like pft yeah right, you don’t know me, i’m bad, so bad, raaah 😈 so she’s like oh okay, bet.
She ends up putting a curse on him and he only realizes that something is wrong because he gets this burning sensation under his mask and he can’t pull it off. The douche is obviously concerned and starts to question what she did to him and she explains to him that since he wanted to act like a POS then she’s going to make sure it stays that way and the only way for this mask to come off is for him to earn the love of someone who is his “match” and if he fails to do that then the mask will stay on.
That’s all I needed to read and that’s all I want to read from this book. This had a fighting chance to be so good because the whole curse concept made it SO interesting but the author couldn’t write him to do something else to earn the curse ??? There’s so many things he could’ve done but they picked THIS. Based off the description, this book includes smut and I’m not down for reading anything about a POS especially when it’s supposed to be “hot”. I wouldn’t dare continue this book and go oh yeah look at how hot this POS is😩 It’s a HARD PASS FOR ME.

This novella follows the structure of Beauty and the Beast - a man cursed to live out his days disfigured unless he can find a woman to truly love him. Except Down The Rabbit Hole comes with a lot more spice and bite.
And even though I was warned in the beginning that the MMC has no underlying pure motives, and that he is morally black, I couldn't help but feel for him. He might have started off with selfish intentions, but he did realise and acknowledge his mistakes and wrongdoings.
Be warned - the scenes are explosive, hot and spicy. This is dark, spicy and absolutely filled with smut and a whole lot of f#cking.
This isn't a fairy tale. And he's not Prince Charming.

There is no prince charming.
"I'm sorry that I ever thought I could live without you."
I gave it a 4.75 it was a beautiful and definitely smutty beauty and the beast retelling. It made me feel all the feels. The hurt and innocence of Stefan at times made me want to hug that man. I loved the characters and the spice was soooo good. I don't know about that syrup scene but I mean nobody else was going to use it anyway lol

Yes they do baby boy, that woman fought tooth and nail to prove that and I applaud her for it. And even though she believed she had Stockholm syndrome, I don't think she did because she spotted him first. Also he never forced her to do anything yet he says he did, she chose to follow him and had every chance to leave. I would love that man without remorse if I were her because he did deserve love, even when he thought himself a monster.

Phew!! What a Glorious Read!
I love to throw a G. Eilsel novela in my mix of reads, and they NEVER disappoint, but this might be my favorite to date!
Admittedly I was a bit nervous after the warning and the first few pages....but holy f*** does it get delicious!
There's actually a decent plot in this one, which is rare for pure smut, but I seriously enjoyed everything about this taste of heaven!
Highly HIGHLY recommend!!

If G Eilsel writes it I'm going to read it. This little morsel was such a fun read, the pictures in-between chapters really help me since I can't picture anything to stay in the story and try to picture something while reading. I also loved the fact that the bunny mask couldn't come off as a punishment, it really just made it seem like the connection was more real, the fact that he was hot I mean if you ya know the way he did he had to be hot right?

I would have appreciated knowing more on the runner witch/the history she had with his mum.

This is one SPICY novella!!! If you need smut, THIS is it!
This Novella is pretty well put together for being a 150-page read. The dynamic between the two main characters is great, and I love the "Beauty & Beast" retelling vibe.
Definitely recommend this one for those who love the following tropes:

The MMC in this novella is morally black. He has zero redeeming qualities. He’s cursed because he was going to do something heinous and now he’s resigned himself to sexxing down any woman who consents.

In questa novella c'è della trama e mi sento anche di dire purtroppo, perché secondo me era molto evitabile.
Spicy divertente a tratti, altre volte lui mi inquietava un po' troppo.
Molto casuale sincera il coinvolgimento amoroso ma comunque un libretto sciallo senza impegno.
