Recent university drop-out Jim Lewis is a month away from being evicted and desperate for a job, when he finds out his great aunt has died and left him her property. But she didn’t just leave him a regular house, it’s a boarding house located in a quaint college town. Jim will have a place to live, and a source of income!
When Jim arrives in town, he finds out the boarding house is in desperate need of repair, and the townsfolk expect him to sell it. But Jim plans on staying, especially after he’s welcomed to town by the beautiful college student Madison.
Each part of Just Off Campus follows Jim as he continues to fill the rooms of his boarding house, while simultaneously filling his life with beautiful, loving ladies. This series includes unconventional relationships. For adults only.
MC without job inherits a boarding house. The idea is cute, the writing not bad, but even for a slice of life it is waaay to easy. the MC gets laid in seconds. The whole book is only 50 pages - so more like a few chapters and stops before maybe a real story starts. Not sure if I continue this series.
The opening chapters introduce the reader to the MC. His living conditions, lack of work and his only friend shows someone in need. His great aunt passes and he inherits her property. He ends up taking a five-hour bus trip to look at what he now owns. His adventure begins at that point. Highly recommended reading!
Another story with a pathetic idiot wimp MC. This is a short story that's just flat out boring and uninteresting. He meets a virgin LI that strings him along and won't have sex with him.
He isn't even having sex with one LI in the new town...how in the hell is this supposed to be a harem story? Harem means greater than one, not less than one. Fail.
