What happens at the private club stays at the private club!

Greyson Twining is the owner of the private club and he knows that it's a mistake to hire, Meg. However, there is something about the way she smiles at him that makes him forget his own reservations. And then there's the call from, Brandon Hastings telling him not to hire Meg. A call he should have listened to more closely.

As, Meg and Greyson embark on day one of training, neither of them realize that there are secrets about to come out that will completely alter both of their lives.

The Private Club 2
Meg had no idea what she was getting herself into when she accepted a job at the Private Club. She also hadn't planned on meeting a man like, Greyson Twining. A man who's handsome devilish looks made her forget her principals and her mind.

When Meg realizes that there is a lot more going on at the Private Club then she had ever imagined, she decides to stick around to try and figure out exactly what's going on. Only she never imagined that the truth could be so deadly and worrying.

Eventually, Meg finds herself stuck between her attraction to Greyson and the stark facts telling her that, Greyson is a bad man. A very bad man. Meg has to decide what to believe, her heart or her brain, before it's too late.

The Private Club 3
What is the Private Club?

When Meg Riley accepted a job at the Private Club she didn't expect to be thrown into a world of deception and lust. She doesn't know who she can trust, but that doesn't stop her from falling for Greyson Twining.

Greyson Twining is the handsome owner of the club. He is charismatic, alluring and way out of her league. While his smile sets her heart on fire, everything else about him makes her want to run away. Especially when Meg finds out that her roommate and confidante, Nancy has gone missing.

Meg isn't sure if she can trust her heart, but as more secrets are revealed, she fears that she may already be in too deep.

The Private Club 3 is the last book in the explosive Private Club series. Readers should be 18 or over due to mature language and situations.

This is a love story about Meg and Greyson. Greyson is the owner of a private club that Meg thinks is doing some underhanded stuff. Well, she's right, except Greyson's eyes are closed to her synopsis. Originally, Meg is there to find out what happened to her sister's friend. By the time she found out what happened, her and Greyson has already fallen in love with each other. He thinks he is evil, but she shows him the good in him and help lead him to redemption. I think that the story line was a little bemusing, I got lost a few time. Maybe I was tired, I don't know. Anyway, the sex scenes were great as always. J. S. Cooper and Helen Cooper always bring the great sex scenes. I did like the characters and the suspense in the story, but I wasn't convinced that Greyson and Meg's love for each other was real enough for me. I needed more sexual tension between the two. This was an alright reads.

An okay and fast read!

Under the guise of applying for a job, the h goes to the private club to investigate her best friend's beau (who is one of the owners). She doesn't trust the beau because he hurt her friend when they were in college. She meets the H who is the other owner of the private club. Lots of secrets and things are revealed slowly but even then you're not sure if what was found out is true or not because you don't really know who to trust and some things overheard could be misleading. It all comes together in the end except for what happened to some of the secondary characters, Nancy for example who's disappeared in this series. Apparently there was another series, called The Ex Games, which tells Katies (the h's best friend) and Brandon's story so I suspect that another series will be forthcoming that tells Nancy's story.

Great!

I chose this rating because this was a really good book. I really enjoyed all the characters. But some was really a little creepy. Meg was a very determined girl. She had lost her job as an attorney so she decided to go and try something different. And boy was this really different. So when this book first starts it's a little creepy, you would think the worst of of all the people working at this place. This was a really good book I really don't want to give too much away. Meg and Greyson they ended up being a really great couple. Greyson had a lot of things he had to deal with and overcome. This was a great read. I recommend this book to all romance readers.

Short and enticing read.

Nancy is underestimated and more complex than viewed by other characters. Leaves off with another cliffhanger, as almost all these author's creations. I enjoy the long complicated characters that are linked between series, it creates more complex characters.

This couple has a ways to go yet for a HEA, this is more of a happily for now storyline. Well worth the read!

An unexpected story

I love the unpredictability of the story. I knew that he was falling for Meg, but I never anticipated that he was working to make things better for so many women. Good fir Greyson. It will be interesting to see what Patsy and David are really up to. I eagerly wait to read....

Lol. This book was corny, yet I kinda loved it. I wasn’t found of the writing style, it read choppy. The characters seemed dizzy. It seemed like a lot of build up and then fizzled our. But again something drew me in and I found I wanted more lol.

Very different

Well that was easily one of the most different and intriguing books I have read for some time and I'm so grateful it was. Did not see that coming. Very well written and clever story.

Interesting premise but . . . .

So poorly executed in so many areas (character development, uneven plot, plot holes, juvenile dialogue) it was a struggle to finish. Won't be reading any other books in this series.

Much better H than previous books. I didn’t quite understand why there was so much secrecy & drama about his current occupation.

The writing was terrible, simple, just bad. The main character is a lawyer but is the dumbest person on the planet with no self awareness and the personality of a wet mop.

The Private Club Boxed Set is a great read. Meg believes she has an interview at a private club for a bartending position. Greyson is one of the sexy owners of the club and the chemistry between the two is hot, making this book one steamy read. Even though we have yet to figure out what the position is, there are secrets within the club that makes you want to know exactly what is going on and for Meg having a little fun with the sexy owner isn’t a bad or is it? Greyson warns Meg that she should run as far away from him as fast as possible but his warnings go unheard as lust has taken over. Things are definitely not what they seem and you will realize after reading this series that what you thought was very, very, wrong. The twist within this series is will blindside you at every turn in a great way. I love that this series gives us the story of how The Private Club was formed between friends and how Greyson’s past had a part to do with the man he is. This series was an excellent, steamy read full of suspense and surprises and I look forward to reading future books from author J.S. Cooper.

First off I'll mention that I feel I can't fairly review this book. One of the main characters is 18 years old and I think this would be a much better read for someone 18 - 20 something age range. The story-line is for a much younger based than myself and that was my only issue with this book.
Otherwise, I did enjoy the The Private Club novellas much better than the other two novella sets that go with it. Although this is a short story, you really get a lot of background info that helps you really get to know the characters and really helps build the plot. However, I did continue on and read the novellas in the order given on Goodreads. The Ex Games novellas 1-3, then The Private Club novellas 1-3 and then The Ex Games #4 (After the Ex Games) and then The Love Trials novellas 1-3.
I did enjoy some of the novellas more then the others but I think anyone in the 18 - 20 something age range who likes this genre would enjoy these novellas.

The Private Club Box-Set Series, by J.S. Cooper and Helen Cooper, was a highly entertaining read that kept me guessing from start to finish.

The three sensual novellas had plenty of steam, suspense, and mystery. The seductive and alluring hero, Greyson Twining, was a complete enigma, who captured my attention. The adventurous heroine, Meg O'Riley, piqued my curiosity as she searched for clues about the club and its mysterious owner. The plot flowed smoothly with a gradual build-up and fast-paced finale, where secrets were finally revealed!

Update: I originally thought the Private Club storyline, from the box set (Books #1-#3), ended very abruptly...leaving some unanswered questions. I didn't realize that there was one more book to go: After The Ex Games (Book #4). I am so relieved!

My Rating: 4 Stars!

I am new to this but here it goes. I was captivated the mystery of not only why the created the club but what happened that was so horrible this mysterious woman. The sex was, needless to say. The characters interacted really well. The build up on the romance was good. The only that I did not like was that you had to buy this originally as a series. I much prefer my stories to complete so that I do not have any point where I have to refer back to another book because I am just not catching on to a particular interaction between characters. I do have to say so far evrything I have read by this is just AWESOME!!!

WELL ALRIGHT

Everything that was missing in the Ex Games was found in this series. I love Grayson and Meg. She is strong, smart and sexy and Grayson is one fine alpha male that thought of himself as screwed up but everything Meg (or many woman) could ever want in a man. This story was mysterious, romantic, sad, sexy, it just had it all.
Now I can't wait to read the novel about both couples.
If you are looking for a good story that you can't put down, purchase this series!!! Good job Ms. Cooper.

The writing was okay, but I feel like the only reason I read all three is first of all because I read the previous series with the friend of the main character of this book, but second because I wanted to figure out what the secret was. I was thinking the worst and I was hoping that I was wrong. Thankfully I was, which is one of the only redeeming qualities of the series.

The whole time I was just a confused as Meg. Crazy and exciting read. I could get enough. It's kept reading hoping for answers. Still not so sure about Nancy and the diary. David aka Ryan was crazy and then what was with Elizabeth and Frank.

Gosh! I wanted to love this series but it fell short.
It was so unbelievable at times that I wanted to slap Meg (lead female)

How it summed the storyline up in the last chapter was nothing short of preposterous!

The ending was a WTH? Grrrr

Grayson is kind of a jerk but he has a pull to meg that he can't deny. Patsy is shady, something is going on with that. David/Ryan has something going on with her I know it, and I mean both physical and scheming something. What happened to Maria???? Her sister? On to the next book.

the only thing good about this book was the twist of redemption
aside from it being written like a 12yr old trying to describe sex, it also had as many misspelled and misused words like a 12yr old wrote it.

This series was good. I loved Greyson and Meg. I just felt like the book repeated a lot. We could have got to the end sooner......

The book was still hot, and had a good story line. I would recommend this book. It's an easy read.

A private waste

I had high hopes upon the initial undertaking of this read. It started out peeking my interest and kept my suspense for a time. The ending was the biggest let down I have ever come across. I would not recommend this to anyone.
