Strange story. I don't know how I'd share it with a child. If the banshee is sad, can we not help it/her? If the banshee is wicked, are we ever safe at night? In fact, what exactly is a banshee? No author's note at all. Not recommended. But it is archived on openlibrary.org so you're welcome to see for yourself.
