A smart, unique thriller that one day (hopefully soon) will make a great film. Amazingly written in English as a second language, the author doesn't take anything for granted. Every word, every sentence has a purpose... and an effect. Highly recommended.

This book made my day. It's not the usual stuff. Neither did grasp everything I read. But it's a page turner, never boring, and full of complex mysterious plot. Like Egyptian history and modern progressive writing?

I won't describe the plot, you can find that anywhere.
What I will say is that it's one of those books where you don't know which character's you should side with and I guess that was the point the author wanted to get across: "It takes a lifetime knowing what side you are really on. Good or Evil."
The quote on the cover caught my attention: "Do you really know who you are?" And I guess the answer in the end of the book is no, not really.
The character's intrigued me, I think the setting of Cairo was used very well and the plot was slow to start but left me devouring the last 50 pages at an astounding rate.
The ending. Wow. It promises a sequel, but I don't know if we'll get one. Either way I was satisfied with the way the book ended and where the characters were heading.
I would have given the full five stars, if it had have been edited a little bit better. The spelling and grammar issues kind of distracted me and disrupted the flow of the story a little.
Otherwise, an amazing read! I recommend it to all!
