Talk about a turn of events! This book definitely threw me off and is not what I expected. I really enjoyed this series and hope that she continues Martins Story. This book was exciting and definitely threw me for a loop. Most of the time I can usually predict what is going to happen but with this series it was nearly impossible. Great book!

I am not ready to stop reading about these characters. There were some grammatical things that caused me to go back over and reread but I enjoyed the series. My heart broke reading this one. I felt for every character involved. However, I was hoping that it was not over. I enjoyed reading about these characters. I took my time reading this book. I do need to say that I was hoping that she was going to say something else in the end. But, she didn't. I understand his hesitation for believing, at least I think I do. I was hoping his reaction would be explained more. It sort of felt like the ending was rushed and could have been a tad bit longer.

I've been waiting for this book to come out for months to find out who she would end up with and how the story would finish. My emotions were confusing. One minute I wanted her to be with Ethan when he was missing and the next I wanted her to be with Duncan when Ethan came back, then when something big happened, I didn't know if I was happy or sad. I loved them both and couldn't choose between the two guys.

I loved this story and wish there were more!

Wow this final book in the series was a blow to the gut and things definitely are not as they seem. There is a lot going on in this book and not all of it good, you might need tissues (just saying). REally well done finale, my only issue really was the grammar and spelling.

Perfect

I really enjoyed being team Duncan and was really shocked at all the changes that happened in this last book. I loved this series and congratulate the author on such a great storyline.

I didn't like how this one ended. I won't give it away tho.

The rest of it was filled with lots of action & i really enjoyed it except for the ending.

"Illusions (Night Roamers, #4)" by Kristen Middleton is a one-star disappointment. The plot is disjointed and confusing, making it hard to follow the storyline. The characters lack depth and development, making it challenging to connect with any of them. The writing is riddled with grammatical errors and typos, which is distracting. The book fails to deliver on the promises of an engaging paranormal romance, instead falling flat with a weak narrative and unconvincing dialogue. It's a struggle to finish, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying read in the genre.

I have to say that this book completely had me in emotional turmoil. I was elated to find out that certain things that happened in the last book were totally not what they seemed to be. I couldn't read this book fast enough. There was a lot to digest but it was so well written. My heart broke for what happened to Duncan, I had to walk away for a few minutes. I felt like being a part of the story and my heart was ripped out too, I cried along with Nikki. He was a great guy and a wonderful character. I also loved Martin, I would love to read a series about his continued search for his love, Emily. He was a true good guy. Nathan, no matter what always made me smile. He just took things in stride. Things between him and Celeste finally came to a head, luckily for him he wasn't killed and I guess the same can be said for her too. I kind of never liked Celeste but as Anne discussed later in this book, she had some serious issues prior to being turned into a vampire/roamer. So, I felt a bit bad for her but was glad she had her brother. This book really pulled everything together and everyone had to endure a lot emotionally and physically but it ended in a beautiful way. The last few chapters were a bit rushed, at least it seemed that way to me. I kind of wished to read more about the "six months later" but it still was wrapped up properly. I'm still so glad I took the chance to read "Blur" I feel the author really began to develop the characters and the incredible, insane, paranormal story more so with each book after "Blur" I only have one minor issue, I'm in no way a writer or being critical, but the word "holler/hollered" was used a lot...lol. Thank you Kristen Middleton for this insane journey that was so hard to fathom but considering the paranormal world you created, I'm guessing there's so many possibilities :) This series will always be on my favorites list and when I need a refresher, I'll come back to "Shore Lake" as often as possible~

Im conflicted

I love this series so much that one got all the books in a 3 day period, I felt like she took time with conversions and paid attention to all details that had me on the edge of my seat.
However in this book the last one I was hoping for the same thing. I felt like this book was definitely rushed and details were missed conversions were short, and that makes me regret buying this last book

Man...

I read all the books, and this story is a mess, man I'm really speechless. I centrally cant go into details cause I don't want to give anything away, but this story is very sad and I'm my opinion twisted...I'm really not sure how I feel about the ending that's how complex I am about it.

Loved all the books. The very end was a little too much. Kind of feels like they crammed so much into a few pages.

A Great Ending

After reading all of the books I believe this is a fantastic, twisty ending to the series. It keeps you on your toes.

Not easy

The book was not well edited and not easy to follow. It had tons of gaps in the story with missing pieces to the story. Bad purchase.
