A Razor's Edge of Justice!

Josh Flannigan's world gets blown apart in one horrific, life-changing night.

His best friend's death at the hands of police sparks a powder keg of pain and fury that threatens to consume everything in its path.

This is a diffrent dark thriller of grief, systemic injustice, and the thin line between vengeance and redemption.

With Serryn, a military psychiatrist, trying to unravel the psychological maze of trauma and violence, the story becomes a complex exploration of human nature under extreme pressure.

Just when you think you know where this story is heading, it throws another heart-stopping twist that'll have you holding your breath and questioning everything you thought you understood about justice.

Buckle up for a ride that will challenge your moral compass and leave you breathless - this is storytelling that doesn't just entertain, it forces you to look unflinchingly at the broken systems that shape our world.

Friends
The thriller featured many characters with a central theme of law enforcement interaction with the populace and mental health's role in adjudicating penal decisions. Josh and his childhood friend, Cliff, were tested in an unfortunate fatal event outcome, leading Josh to grow up fast in a harsh environment beyond his control. The question then becomes, would vengeance be pleasing, satisfying the soul, or forgiveness to cleanse it? The plot is good for the most part but meanders in subplot weed that, if absent, would strengthen the narrative. The formatting should also be reviewed for a more pleasant reader experience—an interesting read.

Perfect - just enough

The author did not overdo anything in this book - everything works flawlessly: the characters are relatable and complex (just enough), the plot is rich, and the cult/pop references are awesome. Great book!
