I found this a weird mix of knitting patterns: modern, retro, homey, graphic, oversized, and revealing. The author shows how to make our own yarn from fabric, how to reuse yarn from old sweaters, and even how to work with yarn scraps. There is a short 20+ page section of different stitches. The patterns are strangely organized. There are stitch charts in the back of the book, separate from the text instructions. Additionally, I found the color palette odd. All in all, not a book for me, as I didn't flag one item to knit, but surely someone will like this...

Interesting patterns with unique texture and a creative spin on the typical stitch patterns.

Love the approach, especially using leftover yarn. Loved the stitch guide. My favorite patterns were Upstream sweater, Static mittens, Scrappy cushion, Drift Jacket, and Anni cloth set.
