Lori Bachman is an expert in the area of mentoring others and leadership transfer. She teaches the MentorShift to corporations. In this book, she gives her step-by-step approach to mentor others: know, show, grow, and go. The book is well-designed, full of illustrations and how-to information and inspirational quotations. Each chapter includes practical application questions to motivate MentorShift.

I highly recommend this well-written book.
