Saving Dr. Mafia
Being an assassin and doctor, I’ve seen everything. Until one day when a scared, fragile, young woman sought help in my E.R. The way she begged me to keep her identity secret made me realize that there’s more to the story than her just running across the street into me.
With everything going on and being accused of harming one of my patients, which might lead to me losing my medical license, I take it upon myself to keep this girl safe.
Spending time with me and my family, she opens up more and more. I can’t begin to imagine the horror she tells us she has been through.
In such a short time, she’s been able to break down every single wall I had built around my heart. It doesn’t take long before foundation-shattering secrets are revealed.
While we’re all still reeling from them, her own personal hell comes to drag her back to purgatory. I don’t know if I’ll be able to save the girl I fell in love with, but I’ll be damned if I give up fighting.

December 30, 2024I loved this book, I had such a great time reading it. I really like Raven and Willow together. I flew through this book so fast that I wish I just slowed down to savor it. This book is probably my favorite next to book 3, Assasins Girl. Mostly because Cole is my favorite MMC.
I personally, love Doctor romance books so I really liked this one and it was an easy read for me. I really like how Raven would do anything to protect Willow. I think my one thing is I wish there was more to read on the threat to Willow, as the blurb made it seem like there was a lot the characters were going to face. To me, it ended very quickly and I wish there was more to it to read.
In all I really liked this story, I liked that it kept me on the edge of my seat and it wasn't super easy to predict things. It was an amazing book, I can't wait to see what happens next in the series.
While each book focuses on a different couple, I feel it is helpful to read them in order. This way you know who is who, and also more about what they have been through when it is somewhat mentioned throughout the series.
I highly recommend this book, it is probably one of the best in the series, in my not-so-humble opinion.
This book is more for 18+ readers as there is some content that may not be suitable for some readers.

Saving Dr. Mafia is book 7 of the De Luca Mafia series.
Raven Gilbert is a great doctor and one of the best assassins in the world. He’s also the chief doctor for Kyle De Luca Mafia King in America and Italy. It’s been three month since Raven was accused of negligent, causing a patient to lose her baby. When he works at the (regular) hospital he’s not allowing to touch the patients, he has to be shadowed by other doctors. As soon as Raven and Aaron walked in ER Raven saw a beautiful redhead that needed help. After Aaron checked Willow she heard and saw how the other doctor told Raven he had to leave the hospital. Raven took Willow with him to get some X-rays done at the hospital wing at his home. Willow told Raven she was going to help him.
Unknown to Raven and the guys Willow worked at De Luca Law as an intern for Samson Brown, Kyle’s lawyer.
There’s so many twist, surprises and turns in trying to find out who is still after the De Luca family.
Can’t wait for My MC Runaway book 8 in the De Luca Mafia series.

Finished in 1 day. I love all the books in this series but this one blew me away. Raven only wanted love and then Willow came into the picture. She endured so much pain. She is trying to better herself and with Ravens help, she will. Alot of things come out in the open with this story. Be ready to finish in one setting.

You will love Raven and Willow there love will conquer all this story is about family overcoming all the violence and protecting your own there's love and also a little comedy this mafia book is great and the de Luca family never disappoint if you haven't read this series you missing out you will love this series.

This book takes us to a whole new level in this series. The banter is the absolute best !! The thrill, action, sweetness, and hotness in one book. Raven is one of the strongest characters. If you want to read some amazing mafia books, this series is a must-read.

Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God. Should I be saying that? Maybe I should be saying “Oh my Satan” because this book was deliciously SINFUL.
Okay. Picture it. Hot doctor. Patient. Hot doctor is in trouble with the medical board and is threatened with losing his license. Patient works for a law firm… the same one representing him. Oh. And did I happen to mention that he works for the mafia and is an assassin just casually on the side? Yeah.
*Bites lip* Forbidden in all the most fun ways. YUMMY!
In true Anneke Boshoff form, though, there’s so much action that your head will spin. Yeah. I mean that. Mine popped off my shoulders and rolled down the road. I don’t know where it is. Actually, if you find it, can I have it back?

Awesome read!!!!
I felt so bad for Raven when he was accused when all he did was help and it was the hospital's fault (kinda.....)
also the fact that he fell in love with a fiery redhead is hilarious (read the series whole, its worth it)
I loved both Raven and Willow so much, and the strength willow showed with all the pain she has suffered and getting through it and healing....
the kids are adorable they are one of my most favourite part of this series.
I have been following this series for a long time and trust me it is so good even if you read a few books from the series but i highly recommend taking the time and reading the whole series, it is amazing to see the family grow and the journey of all the characters together

If you like hot Doctors, drama, suspense, heat and romance this book is just what you are looking for. I myself really enjoyed this book. The characters were likable, the chemistry easy to feel and the storyline engaging and entertaining. Great story line, it have trilogy. Of romance, suspense, and action.

I love how all the books tie together in some way or another. The details and the story lines are amazing and I'm so excited to see the next book to come. I think you would highly love this book, and I recommend it so much. Not just this book but the whole series

This story is about overcoming pain, abuse and finding love. This was a quick read for me and a great book added to the De Luca series.
