Didn’t have time to do the in person course this semester but went thru this piece of it solo. Would’ve been fire to work thru this in community, but still loved me some practical wisdom on the practice of sabbath. I definitely feel the pull on my heart to lock in on a regular sabbath

My church went through this guide together, it was good and helped me put some practical steps into making my sabbath holy and truly a day set apart— now I just have to put it into practice
