Rate this book
This universe is made up of Panchabhuta Saktis. Therefore, when there are changes in the proportions of the five elements—earth, water, air, space, and fire—that serve as the foundation for the human body, we refer to the resulting effects as disease. The root cause of all diseases that arise in our body is the imbalance of the 12 organs (lungs, large intestine, liver, gallbladder, spleen, stomach, kidneys, urinary bladder, heart, small intestine, pericardium, and triple warmer) of the Panchabhuta Shaktis imbalance and deficiencies in the flow of energy. The practice of acupuncture involves restoring the balance of these five elements by stimulating specific points. In acupuncture, the command points are used to treat various ailments. These command points start at the tips of the hands and feet and end at the wrists and ankles. In acupuncture, there are 60 command points, with 30 located on the hands and 30 on the feet. Each of the twelve organs has five command points. These twelve organs are classified into two categories. 1.Yin (Solid organs)

2.Yang(Hollow organs)

These five command points are associated with the five fire, earth, air, water, and wood. The functions of each point are directly related to the properties of its associated element. For example, the points associated with the water element have cooling properties and help reduce heat. There are a total of 361 acupressure points in our body. Among these, 60 points are associated with the five elemental energies. Using these 60 command points, treatment can be provided for all diseases based on the five elemental energies. This book discusses where these elemental energies are located in each organ and how to apply them effectively.
