Extraordinary Inner Light: Poetry on Healing Trauma & Realigning with Self

Rate this book
This powerful collection holds the notion that everyone has a bright light within themselves that they can use to guide them forward as they release the past and realign with whom they were meant to be.

For too long, we have suppressed our trauma, past experiences, and emotions, letting them drain us of the vibrance we once held. There has never been a better time to slow down and work through all we've carried.

In Extraordinary Inner Light, Eileen Anne shares her heartfelt poetry that dives deep to set the past free. Weaving in nature, she creates a beautiful tapestry with her words, connecting directly to the hearts of her readers, as she brings light to the shadows, igniting the pathway to true healing.

Starting in the shadows and ending in the sun, this debut poetry collection takes the reader on a journey of healing. The chapters releasing trauma, mother and father wounds, breaking old patterns, realizing self-worth, awakening the divine feminine, and connecting to nature and greater. She touches on grief, inner child wounds, and self-love. This work is heartfelt, emotional, and encouraging.

Wherever you are in your journey, this powerful poetry will inspire you to alchemize your painful experiences into the beautiful gifts they are.

A beautiful read! Eileen writes like a long lost friend. She draws you into her world of natural beauty, feminine energy, and light. She doesn't shy from her grief and trauma, rather she alchemizes them into something new and beautiful. You feel that if she can do it, maybe you can too. Definitely a book I see myself returning to time and time again.
