I appreciated the character-driven narrative told from multiple perspectives. It's a romance fantasy that evolves into erotica in the subsequent books, so if erotica isn't your preference, the rest of the series may not be suitable for you. This book primarily focuses on world-building and character introductions, but overall, it's an enjoyable read.

Not my style of writing or usual fantasy story. Might try next in series in case this book was the world building
