I have been a huge fan of this series since last December when I was offered a spot on the book tour for book 1. I immediately fell in love with Alex’s writing style, the world and characters she created.

This book was a perfect ending to the series. It tied up all the loose ends and gave great closure.

Something I loved about this series as a whole was the pacing. A lot happens in these three books but it never felt rushed. And it didn’t have unnecessary filler scenes, every scene has a purpose even if you don’t know it yet. It has a lot of big and little reveals throughout, and it was fun to see how Alex laid the groundwork for the twists and turns.

I love how easy it was to connect with all the characters. They each had their own inner battles that made them so relatable and feel like more than just characters on a page. This book had some of my favorite scenes of the series between the core four characters.

The ending had me sobbing, it took me a while to get through it. It was heartbreakingly beautiful. I only wish we had gotten more of Emia and Erik, I’m not ready to say goodbye to them.

I can’t wait to see what Alex writes next, I’m a lifelong fan after this series.

Gah, I’m so sad the series has ended! I finished the final book in just two days—I literally couldn’t put it down. I feel like I became close friends with all of the characters.

Alex does it again! Her writing is lyrical, smooth, and incredibly engaging. She nailed the pacing and wove everything together so seamlessly. A lot happens over the course of the series, but she makes it all easy to follow without ever feeling overwhelming.

I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to Emia and Erik, but honestly, I couldn’t have imagined a better ending than the one Alex gave them. It was the perfect conclusion to an unforgettable journey.

Loved, loved, loved this epic conclusion to such a fantastic trilogy! The final book delivers what fans of the series have come to expect: witty dialogue, plot that keeps you glued to your seat, relationships that are at times heart-warming and others heart-wrenching, and of course, thrilling battle scenes. A powerful, emotional wrap-up that doesn't disappoint and kept me wanting more. Would highly recommend this series for anyone looking for a great romantasy that transports you to a magical world!

What a spectacular finale. An explosive, emotional triumph that outshines even the incredible second book. The battle scenes are bigger…bolder…and more gripping than ever, filled with moments of sacrifice and courage. But the heart of this book is the love story…so much tenderness and passion. It’s an amazing conclusion that ties the entire journey together in a way that feels both epic and deeply personal. A finale worthy of the entire magical saga.
