What did I just read?! Cassandra, who are you?! I’m still trying to process this entire book—there’s so much to unpack. As you dive into Eternal Echoes, you start to get a sense of who each MMC is… and then the paranormal elements kick in. I love how Cassandra makes us “work” to figure out who Luke and ‘McHottie’ truly are without spoon-feeding it to us. And oh my gosh, when we finally get a glimpse of who ‘McHottie’ is—just wow. I can’t say too much without spoiling anything, but prepare yourselves… my heart is still racing. And Luke. Oooh Luke. I think I know who he is, but something still holds me back. And I appreciate that. Cassandra has grabbed me and won’t let go. I. Am. Here. For. It. All.
There’s so much I want to discuss (you’re definitely going to want to chat with your book friends about this one!). I know I’m rambling, but I’m just in awe of how Cassandra handled this second book. Honestly, book one didn’t completely hook me at first and don’t get me wrong, I LOVED it! And looking back, I see book one more as the prologue to this series. And its cliffhanger pulled me in to want even more, and now here I am, going on and on about Eternal Echoes because Cassandra nailed it. Absolutely nailed it. The plot, the side characters, the spice… and oh, the spice. It’s spicing! But it’s not overdone—it’s there with purpose, and in my opinion, it deepens the connection between the main characters even more.
Prepare yourselves, because this one’s a wild ride!
So, uh, hi Cassandra. I NEED BOOK THREE NOOOOW. Kthanksluvya
