I couldn't wait to see how this love story would conclude! Kathleen gives you a story that is full of passion, morals, empathy, and heartache!!!
Charlie and Lilly have been through so much in the last 10 years, and now he wants nothing more then to put it all the past. Charlie wants to move on with the women he believes to be his One. Lilly is having a harder time moving on from the past and all the heartache. Lilly doesn't know if she believes that Charlie is her One. Lilly is so hurt over the years of separation and the last time she had seen him how he had treated her so bad.
With time, love and patience Charlie wins Lilly back. So many things have to be planned for them to be able to try to live a normal life, but will that really be possible with them both being from different worlds?
After they are married there life seems to be perfect at first, but Charlie seems to think that she should know that as his One, how he feels, and that he shouldn't have to tell her! Lilly starts to get upset and distant, until Charlie agrees to start trying to be more in tune to her needs. Sometimes Lilly wonders if Charlie loves coffee more then her, she finds out later if that is true!
This book has so much raw emotion and heartache, their life together takes some unexpected turns and they are never the same. I cried reading Charlies thoughts, it was very emotional and realistic. This was a very well written book. It does have a lot of religious undertones especially towards the end. I really loved the love story between Charlie and Lilly, The Circle is a really good Trilogy!
This is definitely my favorite book in The Circle series. This story is very emotional and has a lot of drama, and conflict. Everything in a story I love. There were several times when Charlie had me fuming. But his emotions and reactions made the story realistic. I don't like reading books were all the characters and perfect. We all have flaws and I like the fact that this story shows Charlie's growth. I also like that we get a better understanding of Charlie's feelings during his distance. Knowing his true feelings let you understand him better, and gives you a better insight of the very tragic situation. Michael and Delilah were Very entertaining to read about. I liked being able to see a Sentrian's relationship. And Eve Royal or as I call her Royal Queen B, is by far one of my favorite villains. I'm thrilled justice was served. The Epilogue chapter, Sonora was beautiful. It ties everything together seamlessly.
A quick read. I read the entire trilogy in 4 days. Some depressing bits. The belief in God is central to the series. Those who are close minded or atheistic should avoid these books. I would be curious to see what happens on sentria, but I expect a lot of apathy.
(I received this book for free as part of Goodreads First Reads giveaways).

When I originally entered to win a copy of this book, I actually had no idea what it was about. But I was drawn to the title and the pretty cool front cover.
I found this book really easy to read. Although I hadn't read the preceding books, I was able to understand everything that was going on. I liked the two main characters and it was interesting to see how their relationship developed over the course of the book.
One thing I particularly liked about this book was the fact that it used God and religious values so much, even going so far as to have the characters wait until after they were married to sleep together.
The differences between people from Earth and people from Sentria were quite interesting, though it meant that parts of the book were quite heartbreaking when I knew what was eventually going to happen.
Eve was an intriguing character. There were hints of her own justification of her actions, but by the end of the book, I felt that what happened to her was deserved. I also found her daughter to be quite an interesting character and someone I would have liked to see more of.
I liked that there was some use of politics in this book. It was good to see how things were going on Sentria at points in the book.
Towards the end of the book, there were quite a lot of sad things happening, but the very last chapter provided a lot of hope. I felt this was a fitting end to the story and, although sad at turns, it was well-written and definitely worth reading.
This book was given to.me free as a GOODREADS WINNER. The book was a great must read as it reflects life! Needless to say, it is a format of sci-fi as it discusses other races but the concepts affect everyone. It shows how people are different in emotions, religious views, social views, and politics. The story involves Lilly and Charlie's relationship throughout their life and interactive tion with others. I ENJOYED this very much and look forward to reading more from this author.
This is a good tale simply written and understandable . What I liked about the trilogy is that there was a beginning and an end. Sadly missing in so many stories of today. All in all an enjoyable read.
This story is a beautiful tear jerker. It's full of real life heart ache in a science fiction vehicle. The villains make you want to slap them. The Heroes make you want cry with their heart aches. It's about forever love.
This story just got better and better as the series progressed. It moved me, challenged me and was thoroughly engaging. I thought I knew what would happen but I didn't. I found it very hard to stop reading and when I finished the last book, I was stunned for a while. It's not often books affect me this strongly. I still can't decide whether the story was uplifting overall, or tragic. If you are looking for something a bit different and want to be spellbound, I recommend this series. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I felt the flow of the writing was a bit disjointed in a few isolated places.
Overall this series gets 4 stars. I'm not sure why but it seems to me that the writing style itself is just better/more polished when the story has Liliana and Charlie not in the same place, like the story flows more smoothly when it's just Charlie being Charlie or just Liliana doing her thing without Charlie in the scene. I mean, the storyline is great but the writing seemed just off when they conversed or were together, definitely better flow than in book 1 for sure but not quite as good as book 2. Other than that my only issue with this book is right around location 150 on my Kindle Charlie states that he's never seen an order from his government to go back in time but in book 1 he and his family had been in the USA in the 1950s when he was like 10 or something and now it's 1988 which would make him almost 40 and a dead Sentrian so either time is different on Sentria than on Earth(which doesn't make sense as his almost 10 years in prison is 10 years on Earth) or he's just confused.
So other than those inconsistencies I thought this was a great story. I really enjoyed Eve getting what she deserved at the end. I didn't so much care for Liliana getting Alzheimer's in her old age, I think she should have just quietly passed on once all essence of Charlie left Earth. I think the epilogue really tied together all the loose ends like Abigail and why exactly she was in the story so much and where everyone ends up and Coots. Just really a sweet tale of never ending love.
This book was amazing. Quite frankly it was the only book that I've read recently that has made me cry. It's been a while since I read the first and second books of this trilogy and I still fell in love with this. I'm glad we all finally got to see Liliana and Charlie together. BUT...dear God Montemayor, you tore my heart to shreds and stomped those shreds into the dirt until they were unrecognizable. All the people that died...I became attached to them (well, the GOOD people that died). I cried when they died. So thank you for making the characters connect with me.
Conclusion
While this doesn't have all the action-packed stress of the first book nor does it involve the psychological stress of the second, the final book was equally amazing. The writing spoke to me, especially seeing as there wasn't some weird love triangle going on. Plus some of the relationships were easy to relate to. I laughed at the sibling bickering and joking around; it was exactly like what my own brother and I do.
All I can say is that this is a book I will reread and cherish (I was given it as a gift). If anyone else is on the fence about reading it, just do it. It's worth it. Truthfully, the only reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the constant sex annoyed me a tad and because I feel like some George R. R. Martin-killing-off-characters stuff happened here.
I couldn't wait to see if they finally ended up together after all these years. This was an amazingly emotional conclusion. I can say that you will smile and definitely cry but it was definitely worth the read!
