By His Hand was a cute read. I enjoy it more than some of the other Heartsong books I've read and liked how the MC built a friendship with his sister.

This is a spin off sort of sequal to the book In His Will by Cathy Marie Hake. I didn't know it until I started reading! Anyway. So much better than the first book, unlike In His Will, this book didn't drag. Thank God. I don't like books that drag, I like it better when they just get to the point! Of course there is a whirlwind romance in this book that might seem unrealistic to some, but I do know of a lot of couples (my parents being one!) that met and married super quick! Sometimes you just know! :) I liked the spiritual elements and the extra details about his sister Abby, it added a nice touch. It wasn't the best novel I've ever read but I enjoyed it and would probably read it again. 4 stars!

My very first book! Woohoo! Lots to learn, but lots of fun to write. Nice read. Not very deep. Needs some character development, but a good start. :)
