Doctor - patient romance yes please. This is a book and storyline I didn’t know I needed.
The twist made it all make sense to me and I could look past the many patient / doctor guidelines they were breaking.
The purity of this love and the way Sam shows it especially towards the end is one that I can only dream of having in my own life.
