I love the layout of this book and the way the information flows. Jennifer's writing style makes the information easy to digest. The information simply flows. I could not put this book down and will reread it to be sure that I absorb all the great info. There was a bit I already knew, but it is always good to be reminded. And SO much I never realized! Her explanations about frequency take a complicated subject and make it easy to understand. I highly recommend!
