One year later, as the town prepares to celebrate Halloween again, something stirs in the pumpkin patch behind the Lantern home. Jack is back—and driven by an insatiable thirst for revenge. As the clock ticks towards midnight, those responsible for his death will face the wrath of a monster who knows no mercy.

A very fun, creepy Halloween novel. The pace is fast, the characters are well drawn (and deliciously detestable)... all the things you want in a Stalk & Slash story.
When Dr Jack Lantern and his wife are viciously murdered on Halloween night, it sets into motion a horror from which those responsible will be unable to escape.
Halloween+a creepy pumpkin patch+ revenge what more could you want in a book? Although I could kind of see where the story was going, I sure did enjoy getting there. Gory, but not over the top it'll keep your heart beating fast once the action starts. The ending was bittersweet and perfect.
