Don’t be turned away by the title. Emotional abuse can be any long-standing, repeated hurt. A brutally honest and succinct overview of denial, avoidance, and codependency. Highly recommend, even if you have not been labeled but just have ongoing, seemingly unresolvable issues in your relationships. It’s probably you.

Good read.

It does a good job on how to look at your problem and ways to understand the big picture. I would recommend even if you are not this way. We all have these traits from time to time. It's a good way to see what to look out for.
