If you’ve been saying that you’d like to do more managing and less doing and haven’t found the way yet, read this book. It’s a map for doing just that. Stepping out of the grind of the daily operations of a law practice so you can more intentionally choose how you spend your time. The authors give generously from their extensive experience in this area and provide readers with a practical resource that you can go back to again and again to grow as a leader. It’s smart and clear and it’s a really accessible read.
