This book is an easy read. For those just beginning their journey in exploring chronic inflammation it is an excellent starting point. Tara Miles provides a practical easy to understand approach to inflammation with specific steps that can be taken to begin healing. I feel like it is a good starting point because it covers the basic foundations. Those who have been studying or working thru these issues may find the book too simplistic. But the quizzes are a great tool to getting honest about where you REALLY are and what you are only half-heartedly doing to end the chronic inflammation problem.

I appreciated how it explained the science without making it feel like a lecture—and the tools felt practical, not preachy. Plenty of great advice and ideas, good recipes and advice on exercise and growing therapy plants, , downside was listening to the narrator listening to all the bullet points, but all in all I would recommend this audiobook
