Bratva Wolf is book 2 in L.B. Burns’ new Bratva romance series.
Scarlet (Red) Petrova is a nursing student who lives with her grandmother and does some dancing on the side to make ends meet. Thane Bravikov is the second son in line to become Pakhan But as per usual gets himself banished because of poor decisions. He runs the club where Red dances and takes an interest. Only she has a hidden past that neither knows about. When she discovers her true identity, will she forgive her Grandma for keeping the secret and give Thane a chance, or will she be forever be looking over her shoulder?
This is my second Bratva story and I’m hooked! I’m no stranger to L.B. Burns books and this story is no different. Read fine as a standalone, it’s nice to have read book 1 Bratva Beast as some of the scenes are described in more detail. Further character development has me wanting to know more about the rest of the family, I can’t wait for book 3!

I absolutely love Libby’s books but this series is freaking amazing. I love retellings but these have a mafia twist and I am here for it!!!
This one is little red riding hood and it was hottttttt. All of the books are stand alones but interconnected and I loved seeing characters from the first book. I can’t wait to read the books in the rest of the series!

Apparently in the outlier here but I just didn't get into this one. There's not much personality in either of the characters and it just them fucking a few times and a generic cartel subplot (and not very good smut). Meh.
PLOT:
Scarlett is a stripper saving money for school and she gets involved with Thane, son of the head of the Bratva while working at the club his family owns. He's obsessed with her but there's trouble brewing.
THOUGHTS:
- This was just too stale for me. Maybe I've read too many Bratva books but this one just felt boring. It literally opens with the leads fucking almost right away. The smut was not great, just a bunch of pumping, "ecstasy" and the heroine coming basically instantly. We don't see a relationship or love, she sleeps with him for fun and money and he doesn't seem to care all that much ... Until he does and he's obsessed with her.
- Scarlett has no personality as a character. She's a stripper who goes by "Red" due to her red hair and little red riding hood stage act. She wants to be a nurse but is lying to her grandma about it and strips instead. She loves sleeping with Thane but they also don't seem to get along at all aside from that and she's initially a bit hostile to him. Then, all of a sudden she's in love with him ... What? There's no romance, connection or reason why they'd be together and it all felt too fast and like she's just going with the flow most of the time then when things get super boring... Boom! She gets kidnapped.

This second book in the Bravikov Bratva series focuses on the second son, Thane. He is the enforcer of the family and referred to as The Wolf. This big bad wolf does indeed have his eyes on the sweet and sassy dancer who performs as Little Red Riding Hood, though he calls her Red, at the club he oversees. What is supposed to be a one night stand turns into an obsession and Thane can’t stay away from the alluring redhead. As it turns out, Thane and Scarlet’s family history is intertwined, though that doesn’t come to light until he nearly loses her.
Their story is action-packed, filled with lots of danger and suspense, as well as family drama. Thane and Scarlett have intense chemistry, a deep connection and a very strong pull toward each other. He is a fiercely possessive and protective alpha male, while she is a smart, strong-willed and feisty nursing student and part time stripper, who is very willing to stand up to the man who has unexpectedly claimed her heart. Another Bravikov brother has met his match and must fight to not only keep his woman safe but win her heart.
This compelling book is well worth reading and has my wholehearted recommendation.

Another great book by LB. This is the 2nd in this series and I can’t wait for the 3rd. This was about Scarlet and Thane. They met at her job and he was really taken by her. He ended up having some issues with his brother Cynric and their father. He made them mad. He was told to leave the house. He was exiled for a few months but he kept in contact with his father and one of his brothers. One day he was over at a house checking on a family friend when someone came in and tried to hurt her. She ended up getting grazed and needed stitches. Turns out Scarlet or as Thane called her Red lived next door with her grandmother. They were both surprised to see each other. Their relationship blossomed from there. Scarlet ended up getting taken from the hospital she worked out by one of her co workers. Thane hunted everyone down who had something to do with it. He ended up finding her. Must read!!

We're back with the Bravikov Bratva in book 2 of the Modern Day Fairy Tale Bratva series. Bratva Wolf is a fast-paced, Red Riding Hood-esque story and it's very aptly titled. Thane Bravikov is indeed The Big Bad Wolf that every woman needs and his sights is set on his Little Red Riding Hood, Scarlet Petrova. Their journey is packed tight with drama, excitement, twists, turns and surprises. Secrets come to light that can completely change lives and makes you wonder if the Wolf and Little Red can survive the aftermath. Bratva Wolf can be read completely on it own and be a fantastic story but I would read Bratva Beast just to get a little more insight into the Bravikov Bratva. You won't regret it!

Thane and Scarlet
This is book 2 of the Bravikov Bratva series and I'm really enjoying it. I love anything LB writes.
I have to say there was just something about Thane that tugged at my heart. Yes he could be a hard headed, know it all but I think he really does love his family and wants the best for them. Being the second son is hard enough in a regular family but Thane's family definitely isn't regular.
Scarlet has had a hard life but she's determined she's gonna become a nurse. Thane wants to see her succeed.
This book has everything... Spicy scenes, suspense, drama and an alpha male.
I recommend reading book 1 so you will know exactly who certain characters are.

This is a modern retelling of Little Red Riding Hood.
Scarlet is just trying her hardest to get through her life so she can become the nurse she wants to be. She knows what she wants to do with her life and doesn’t want anything to get in the way of that.
Thane sees Scarlet and instantly knows her wants her. The hunt is on and we find out why he is The Wolf.
There is a lot of spiciness to this story as well as twists and turns. Secrets are revealed. Overall, it was a great quick read.

I love this book! It's everything good mixed into one story!
For one i never knew what was going to happen next and i love that in a story.
Two the good stuff was good but it didn't overtake any of the plot and it didn't make the whole plot of the book.
Three the characters ugh I love all of them.
Four and last the plot itself was good good.
Absolutely loved and would highly recommend. Can't wait to read the next one

Bratva Wolf is book two of the Bravikov Bratva - A Fairytale Retelling Series. This book was hot! Thane is just wow, and Scarlett is all that and a bag of chips! I absolutely love this Little Red Riding Hood retelling/reimagining. L.B. Burns never ceases to amaze me with her books. I love them and I cannot wait to read the next one!

I loved this play on little red riding hood, Scarlett being Red and Thane being the Wolf. Character development was so good and the twists and turns kept the pages turning. How their backgrounds are entwined was super good and I fell in love with Thane. This book was a standalone, but I do want to read books 1 and 3 also. I love Bratva stories and this one was great, I highly recommend this read.

I had NO idea what to expect next because I was thrown off course numerous times. That's what I get for trying to guess ahead LOL!

Couldn’t book the book down! Love L.B. Burns writing! This retelling is mafia packed and I binged it! It’s her second book in the series but can be read as a standalone. There is a lot of spice with a twist.
Thane is obsessed with Scarlet and he definitely has the “You’re Mine” down! I’m in love with this series and can’t wait for more!

Loved this short story!
Thane has his eyes set on little red riding hood! Being up high in his family’s name, he’s not really a connection type of guy!
But he determined to keep red despite secrets being held. All to keep red safe, but not quite safe at the same time! His devotion to her is just beautiful and truly makes him a better person!

Quick Dark Mafia Read!
I love these quick reads! I can’t believe how developed the stories are and the depth to the characters. Thane and Scarlet’s story starts off hot and just gets hotter and hotter! The twists kept coming and the turns were unexpected. Believe me, this book hooked me at page 1 and I can’t wait for the next standalone in this Bratva series!

For a short story, this book packs a punch. Thane is a world-wind packed mafia hammer taking what he wants. Red is an independent wolf tamer ready to show him who really is in charge. The two make an explosive short story that you just can't put down.

Enjoyed this book a lot. Characters had more time to develop their relationship. The twist of the families was surprising. This book kept you on your toes. Can’t wait to read the next book! Loved Scarlet and Thane. Excited to see what will happen with Roric.

A great red riding hood retelling with a Mafia twist. Plenty of unexpected twists and turns. You can definitely read this as a standalone. The spice was really good.

Another amazing read by Libby, it's action packed, has wonderful characters, it's quick, delicious, beautiful and I'm obsessed. I couldn't stop reading it. Highly recommend

Thane, the Bratva Wolf, is the focus of the second Bravikov Bratva Series. The story is fast paced and full of mind blowing twists and turns. The banter between Thane and Scarlet is chef's kiss. The stories are interconnected, so you get scenes from Bratva Beast in Thane's POV. It was really great to see those scenes and it really added an element to the story that I loved. I absolute cannot wait for more of the Bravikov Bratva.
