Former US Army Ranger, Marco Mancini now works on the opposite side of the tracks, as an enforcer for a Los Angeles based criminal organization. Three narcotic chemists have absconded with a substantial amount of company funds and a batch of new product about to be unleashed onto the streets. Mancini’s assignment is simple - track down the three manufacturers and recover the stolen money, along with the consignment of product. The search leads Mancini across the border and deep into the Baja California Peninsula in Mexico. With time running out before the new product goes viral, Mancini is faced with a sequence of unanticipated critical encounters and personally witnesses the terrifying after effects of the new wonder narcotic, called Green Ice.
