Don't get me wrong I like this book but it could have been a little more authentic and the author could have shared with us where each recipe comes from and its Asian name. It has some nice recipes but it is not really my own personal cooking companion I am afraid. I would have liked to have had more information about the place the recipe comes from and a little bit more like this!

Don't be fooled by appearance. Recipes clearly haven't been tested. Foe example, Date and Tamarind chutney with 3/4 cup salt! Buyer beware.
