Pedro Almodvar, a contemporary cinema maestro, boasts an unparalleled imagination and a penchant for crafting unforgettable characters. Rising to fame during Spain's post-Franco cultural boom, La Movida Madrilea, his early films embodied the era's sexual and political liberation. In 1986, he co-founded El Deseo, his film production company, with brother Agustn.
