Picked this up to prepare for the full book dropping next month. I wanted to be ready.

Forbidden romance,age gap, brother’s best friend. This has all the ingredients for a messy chaotic story.
The plot moves fast. It is Insta lust with no hint of a slow burn. What I can’t wait to see is how it becomes something deeper.
Im guessing we'll get more on Rhodes' military background along with Theo's journey figuring out his sexuality.
I already know the full story is going to be angsty and spicy. I will be counting down the days.

A short, steamy novella about a Halloween hookup and everything that comes after. If Theo and Rhodes are actually going to make it work, these two are going to hit quite a few bumps before they figure out what they actually want.
As for me, it would be better without all the drama at the end. I definitely wouldn’t want to read 400 pages of Rhodes trying to get his shit together—that’s just not my cup of tea. But the chemistry and tension between Rhodes and Theo? Absolutely insane. You can’t take that away from them.
I think there’s supposed to be another novella about these two, right? Overall, I really enjoyed the author’s writing style, and now I’m curious to check out more of her books.

The attempt at making the romance forbidden (brother’s best friend) was cute but unnecessary when both MCs already had parents who refused to accept their sexuality. The spooky vibes weren’t thaaaaat strong but the story was decently written.

I could tell there’s so much more to Rhodes and Theo, there’s real potential for a deeper emotional connection between them. I loved everything this novella gave me; it was clearly a Halloween smut novella, and it was a great one! I’ll be excitedly waiting for a full book about these two.

Okay, so I read this . It was short, it was on point, and it was smutty. As advertised by the author, this was a smutty story with 2 hot guys wearing Halloween masks and doing dirty things to each other 🔥 so go in with that mindset and you’ll enjoy it to the maximum!

Theo… Theo McLaughlin is absolutely delicious lol. I’m so excited to see his self discovery in Game on. Not only just about himself and what he identifies as, but also him discovering what kinks, likes/dislikes he has!! His smart mouth and the way he pushed Rhodes tells me that I’m going to LOVEEEEEE their back and forth 😍.
Rhodes… MY LAWD… Rhodes is just dark, gloomy, sexy, and filthy. AKA the perfect f*cking package!!! 😍😮💨🥵 this man could do the most filthiest things to me and all he would hear is “Yes Daddy Rhodes” (iykyk 🤭). This character is another one I’m so super excited to see!!! With him keeping his sexuality a secret & having to navigate homophobic parents, I’m really looking forward to see his story unfold, and ultimately him becoming unapologetically himself.
This was the perfect teaser for the full story coming out! I can’t wait for Game on and to get more of Theo & Rhodes!!

Halloween Fumble is a short and entertaining MM Halloween romance that packs quite a lot into a small amount of pages.
The story follows Rhodes and Theo, whose unexpected Halloween encounter becomes complicated when they discover that they already know each other. The masked meeting creates an interesting setup, particularly once the connection between them is revealed, and the brother’s-best-friend dynamic adds an element of forbidden attraction to the story.
Rhodes and Theo have good chemistry, and I enjoyed the contrast between their personalities. Rhodes is more guarded and experienced, while Theo brings a more open and determined energy to their relationship.
Overall, Halloween Fumble was a ridiculously fun, fast-paced, spicy little read with masked men, forbidden attraction, an age gap, brother's-best-friend tension and two characters whose chemistry practically jumps off the page.
