This was a cute warm with spice romance. Great for the holiday read. A forbidden dads best mate with a 20ish age gap between Angelica and Sawyer. With some persuasion and a snow store both of their desires might be answered. I haven’t read many romances with the MCs being a average figure so loved that.

This book came through an author suggested email and I love a good Dad Bod MC. The book overall is a good short read and has some great chemistry between the main characters. And to be honest I would rather it higher if it weren't for some aspects which I didn't mesh with.
The FMC Angelica is a young 20 something who is pretty down on her luck and is planning to hide in her family cabin over Xmas instead of facing her Dad and his new partner for the holidays. I actually liked this part of the story and the way the loss of her mother made her feel and react this is done well.
The MMC Sawyer is her father's best friend and business partner who is staying at the cabin after breaking up with his girlfriend but this isn't known to Angelica. After Sawyer finds Angelica in the shower 🚿 his feelings towards her change and he sees the woman she has become.
This book is fairly sweet in most places although a lot of references are made to Scotland this cabin could be anywhere which makes it fairly universal. The fact they both try to hide their attraction 🧲 and pretend nothing is going on is admirable. The spice is fairly well written and down right steamy in places.
I won't go into my moments with the story and having read another story after by the author I think it is just this one that I felt this.
Overall a good Christmas novella and worth a read. Also nice to read a British author who doesn't make her characters sound like Burt.🤣

Such an oh so very hot and steamy ebook. Angelica has lost her job so she goes to the family cabin. Imagine her surprise when she walks out of the shower and sees Sawyer, her Dad's good looking best friend. She's had a secret crush on him for a long time but doesn't want to cause problems so she has kept her feelings to herself. Sawyer is very attracted to Angelica but thinks she's too young, can do better than him, and doesn't want to hurt his best friend. But oh boy their explosive chemistry won't stay hidden forever. Their passion is so hot but will a Christmas wish come true for either of them? Can Angelica get Sawyer to make her most important wish come true? Does Sawyer finally give into his feelings and the passion just burning inside him? I can tell you that this amazingly talented author will have you cheering for Angelica and Sawyer to be together. You will love this very hot 5⭐️winner. I know that I do.

🫎🐻Snowed in with a Dad Bod ARC Review 🌲
Okay so to be completely honest I usually avoid readings books where one of the MCs is a virgin because I find it cringe to read… BUT I love Annie Charme and her books have not led me down so fat so I gave it a chance. I gotta say I don’t regret reading it, this book is absolutely precious! The way Sawyer worships Angelica is envy and swoon worthy! (Why cant I find a man like that dang it 😅😂)
This book is a super short holiday read, a perfect escape really, the spice is top notch and Annie Charme simply killed it as always!! I’ve been feeling not so great, found out it’s because I have Covid so i bundled up took all the meds and the water and got to reading, this really helped me feel better! Thank you so much for having me on your ARC team i really love it here!

I received a copy of this for my honest review.
I had so much fun with these characters! Our FMC has just been fired from her job and lost her apartment, but she doesn't want to ruin her dad's Christmas with his new girlfriend. So instead of being a third wheel she decides that she is going to spend Christmas alone at their cabin, wallow for a while, then come up with a plan. What she doesn't expect is our MMC to catch her while in the shower. Our MMC is her dad's best friend, who has been staying at the cabin for a month since he ended a relationship and needed a getaway. She has wanted him since she turned 16 - he is just now looking at her like the beautiful curvy woman that she is. But, his best friend is her father, making him old enough to be her father too. Trying to avoid the judgmental gaze of the wooden deer in the cabin, he wants to avoid crossing lines - but can he resist?

It's forbidden, depraved and very naughty but Sawyer craves Angelica with every breath he takes, he covets her, all of her....the sweet angel she shows the world and the dirty devilish side that her eyes portray each time she looks at him. Angelica does a fantastic job of teasing Sawyer and tying him in knots, she has him going out of his mind with every unintentional flash of skin, every lick of her lips, every flutter of her eyelashes and every blush that creeps over her skin as she imagines all the depraved things she wants him to do to her. There may be a snowstorm outside but damn this cabin is steaming with their naughty, very dirty but totally delicious antics as they surpass fantasy and fall head over heels this Christmas. I will now need to go back and read the Sinful Secrets series, which crosses over with this to catch up on the unconventional romances of Sawyer's friends. I read this on Kindle Unlimited.

Angelica is a young curvy virgin who recently lost her job and decided to spend Christmas at the family cabin. Sawyer is her dad's best friend who, unbeknownst to her, has been staying at the cabin for a month after his last relationship ended. When he gets back to the cabin, he finds Angelica in the shower. Sawyer has been staying at the cabin, unsure of his life plans after the end to his toxic relationship. Now in front of him is a gorgeous and very naked woman, but a part of him is horrified to realize she is off limits. The chemistry between the two is instant and all consuming. The warm, caring relationship they already shared evolves into a passionate love.
This is an enjoyable, sweet love story with spice. My first story from this author and I am looking forward to reading more in the future. I particularly want to read the friends’ stories as they sound fun.

Sawyer has only recently started to see Angelica as a woman, and although he knows he should stay away from her, he wasn’t able to deny his feelings for long.
As for Angelica, she’d had feelings for Sawyer for a long time, but she never dared to imagine he’d feel the same way about her.
I’m very picky about books involving the dad’s best friend trope, but I’ve liked some of Annie Charme’s other books, so I have this one a chance.
All in all, I thought it was an adorable holiday read that had hints of drama and angst.

Snowed in with the Dad Bod is so much fun! Sawyer is sweet and sexy, protective and filthy, and loves to play. Harboring a secret crush on Angelica is his superpower, until it isn’t! Angelica is innocent and naive, and a bit misguided in life after having lost her mother and having to care for her father. Crushing on her dad’s best friend is natural given that he was always her rock. I loved every moment of these two being trapped together—forcing them to face their feelings and fears. Their connection is deep and electric, and the tension between them builds and builds in the hottest ways. I loved how this author developed the characters and the storyline. Oh yes!!!.

This story had me from the get go, the title sold me automatically. Angelica finds herself at her family’s cabin after telling her father some lies so he wouldn’t leave his holiday. She didn’t expect to find her father’s best friend. Sawyer has always been her all time crush from such a young age and shes compared everyone to him. Being snowed in with Sawyer, pushes their limits to where they finally cross that line until her dad comes in and says it’s him or me. I have always been a fan of age gap romances, had in a treehouse session and you will be a fan too! Definitely recommend as a holiday read.

Angelica just lost her job so she heads to the family cabin where she runs into her long time crush and dad's best friend Sawyer and things heat up between them. At first Sawyer fought his feelings for Angelica because he thought he was too old for her but the more time they spent together the closer they got. This is a dad's best friend, age gap, forbidden romance with humor, steam, and believable characters that had me cheering them on to get their happily ever after. Snowed in With the Dad Bod is a great addition to the multi-author Dad Bod Christmas series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

I was lucky enough to get an ARC for this book. The only reason I gave this a 4 star is because I wish it was a longer book!! I want more of Sawyer and Angelica! The growly lumberjack/grizzly bear that instantly turns into a big ole teddy bear for the girl he shouldn't fall for. What more could you want?
The sizzling chemistry, the forbidden, the spice! Let's just say logs aren't the only thing Sawyer splits in this book! And I am here for it!
Can't wait to read whatever else Annie comes out with!!

Snowed in with the Dad Bod is a grumpy, biker, dad's best friend forbidden romance. Ms. Charme gives us Angelica and Sawyer's love story and sees them snowed in at her dad's cabin. The both of them have feelings for one another since Sawyer saw her as an adult on her twentyth birthday. He knows he shouldn't but being in close quarters and her pushing his buttons, he is having difficulty not crossing the line. One night and all hell breaks loose.
Their story is hot and the chemistry they share is perfect and off the chart. I am not one for virgin FMC, but this one was entertaining.
Their story is hot and the chemistry they share is perfect and off the chart. I am not one for virgin FMC, but this one was entertaining.

Catch this cute age-gap love story from Annie Charme. Sawyer is best friend of her father and staying at cabin since he had bad breakup and needed to get away...Angelica got fired from her job, kicked out of her apartment and decided to go to cabin since she didn't want to intrude on her dad's holiday as he had new love interest and didn't want to spoil his holidays...she was taking shower when Sawyer returned to cabin...and since she had crush on him since she was 16...you will need to read this story to see what happens...I voluntarily read this book through and Advanced Reader Copy.

As they’re getting to know each other as adults they start falling. Sawyer is fighting his feelings all the way because he’s so much older than Angelica but the heart wants what the heart wants. Beautifully written love story that is hot and steamy too.

Holiday quick read. Angelica and Sawyer end up in the same cabin during Christmas time and their feelings come to light. This is the biggest age gap I have read so far. While they’re not related, Sawyer is Angelica‘s dad‘s best friend and Angelica has grown up as knowing him as an uncle. They do try to fight their feelings and chemistry towards each other. This story was written nicely. I loved the fact that not only the FMC is a curvy girl, but the MC was not the six pack guy that is always written. He truly is the big bear that Angelica is looking for.

This is an age gap romance, with some funny scenes, and an overall feel good story. Highly recommend

I would like to point out this type of book isn't something I would usually read! This was a quick and easy read for me and I enjoyed the majority of it, it did become a bit slow and drawn out in places, it also started to become a cliche, which was a shame. Overall this book was good for those looking for a quick read.

This has some favourite tropes age gap, forced proximity and forbidden romance. Though short, it was slow and drawn out which made it almost boring.
But when it picked up pace, it was good. The highlight for me was catching up with characters from the author’s previous books.
