Amy Rosner holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology (major in Biopsychology, minor in Experimental Neuropsychology) and spent 15 years teaching college psychology classes and doing brain research, specializing in the evolution and neuroscience of visual attention and memory and developing unique classes in the psychology of art and creativity.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Reconstructing Reality Workbook. It covers how meditation, breathing and reconnecting with nature, among other things, can help to reduce stress. The chapters on conscious and subconscious was truly helpful but I particularly liked the chapter titled Perspective is Everything.
This was a stupendously practical yet inspirational guide to changing the way you approach stress and your aspirations. It was well-researched and organized, making it easy to follow and understand. Highly recommend!

A nice book with helpful nuggets on certain tools to help you refocus negativity into more productive behavior and thoughts. I read this as an ebook and it is really frustrating when authors and/or publishers don’t take the time or care to format their book into an ebook format. It is hard to read and it shows a lack of appreciation for readers who enjoy books in non traditional formats. This book is obviously best read as a paperback or hardcover. But that is unfortunate for those of us who purchase it as an ebook.
