Mother Goose

There are many versions of "Mother Goose", collecting a wide variety of nursery rhymes, some very familiar, others now largely forgotten. The original Volland Edition of 1915, sumptuously illustrated by Frederick Richardson, included a full colour page for every verse. It is an absolute classic that never fails to delight. This new offering from Benediction is a hand-edited, full-colour version, not to be confused with cheaper black-and-white reproductions.

The chief thing about this book is its illustrations by Arthur Rackham, one of my favorites.
