I read Project Management for Libraries: A Practical Approach as part of a graduate course on library project management and was disappointed by how little it offered beyond the basics. While the book is structured to introduce project management concepts and tools in a library context, I found its content to be incredibly surface-level.

Ironically, I learned more in a one-hour session on project management at the Florida Library Association conference than I did from this entire book. While this might be a passable resource for someone entirely unfamiliar with project management, those with even minimal exposure will likely find it redundant.
