This is now one of my favorite Apop books! It truly is a heartwarming read!

I like how this book has a way of making you feel seen without being too indulgent or too preachy. The words and illustrations work well together to depict various insights, sometimes even presenting creative ways to visualize situations. Not only are the topics quite relatable, but there are also a few interactive points in the book that really invite the readers to engage with the ideas shared. Of course, the adorable art is an extra plus point for me.

I'm not sure if the sectioning was necessary, and I vaguely remember a few typos, but those don't really detract from the book as a whole. There were a couple of ideas that I personally think could have been further discussed/contextualized, though I do also think that the book is already mostly solid with the advice and insights it shares while keeping itself as a relatively light read.

I'd easily recommend this book for the insights worth sharing and the adorable art. Generally, it's a valuable read, especially as we all would likely need a dose of heartwarming words every now and then.
