This is the second book of a two part series, what I really like about these two books is that the author and his team put so much effort into making the content of both books as simple, accessible and supported by various other means as possible.
What I mean by that is the QR codes with links to A supporting YouTube channel, material or websites. The books are also filled with visual graphics
The system which is created is also put together from other successful proven methods from Lean, production, and the author's experience himself.
This leads me to believe and trust in the material
The concept itself took me a while to grasp, meaning he uses a train metaphor to describe the concept, which after a while became super logical
